Nov 14th TRASHCAN COLLECTIVE http://www.myspace.com/thetrashcancollective The Trashcan Collective play melodic jazz based on strong and often dissonant chord progressions creating a direct line between the jagged harmony and fat grooves of the great punk rocker Thelonius Monk, the experimental Mingus, modern trip hop and big beat inspired British jazz.
