Mechstar® D.S Horizontal Mill is simple design for maintenance such as two-separated vessel, easily open of cover, easily adjustment device of motor belt, safe-treatment device in mechanical seal trouble, etc. Also this mill is fabricated special hardened-steel of vessel, disc, shaft cover, separation rotor, etc. with hardened Cr alloy steel, SUS 420J2. Colloid Mill (Stone Mill) Mechstar® Colloid Mill brings to bear a tremendous amount of energy on a small portion of material in the form of a thin film. SPECIAL FEATURES § Clearance between the rotor and stator can be adjusted and locked in second with no tools needed. Even, while the mill is operating.

Mechstar® Planetary Mixer is an invaluable multi-purpose mixer for mixing and kneading of solid pigment and liquid materials in high viscosity. The rotation of two blades and one orbital motion can make the mixture a highly kneading effect with close interval of rotations and detailed clearance between blades and tank. Also, Planetary Mixer is possible mixing the various lines from low to high viscosity.

The Double Ribbon mixing elements and "U" shaped mixing trough combine to provide an efficient mixing system utilizing the outer ribbon to move material toward the discharge and the inner ribbon to move material in the opposite direction, The dual motion of the product back and forth, combined with rotation, provides fast and efficient mixing and blending. The ribbons are welded to support arms on a single rotating shaft which is supported by dust-proof tapered roller bearing external to the mix trough.
