1 Executive summary
This report is an annex to Ofcom’s 2013 Public Service Broadcasting (PSB) Annual Report, providing data and analysis on public service broadcasting for children. The report covers the period from 2006-20111, and considers the provision of children’s programming by the PSBs, namely BBC One, BBC Two, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, CBeebies, CBBC and S4C. Delivery of PSB has been assessed in three areas: spend and broadcast hours; viewing; and parental opinion of PSB delivery. In order to put these findings in context, the report also looks at:
