Alteration of boundaries — Rural Municipality of Mankota No. 45 and the Village of Mankota 1 pursuant to sections 53, 56, 57, 59, and 61 of The Municipalities Act, the Councils of the Rural Municipality of Mankota No. 45 and the Village of Mankota have submitted applications to alter the boundaries of the two municipalities to the Minister of Government Relations. 2 Upon consideration of the applications, the Minister is of the opinion that the municipalities affected will be viable entities following the alteration of boundaries. Therefore, the undersigned hereby orders, pursuant to sections 61, 62, and 63 of The Municipalities Act, that: (a) the boundaries of the Rural Municipality of Mankota No. 45 and the Village of Mankota be altered by withdrawing from the village and adding to the rural municipality the territory described in Schedule A; (b) Schedule B is conclusively deemed to be the legal description of the boundary of the Village of Mankota; and (c) the alteration shall take effect on and from the date of this Order. PLEASE NOTE: The deadline for submissions to The Saskatchewan Gazette is 5 p.m. on the Monday of the week of publication. If a holiday occurs within the week of publication, the deadline is set back to 5 p.m. of the previous Friday. Please allow yourself at least one full week to ensure mail delivery of Gazette submissions. Publication of any material received late will be delayed until the following week’s issue. All material for publication in The Saskatchewan Gazette must be submitted electronically (MS Word or WordPerfect) accompanied by a signed hard copy to the Office of the Queen’s Printer, Saskatchewan Justice, B19-3085 Albert St., Regina SK S4S 0B1, tel.
