GRAND TICKET WITH GALA DINNER Admission entrance Heldenplatz at 6.30 pm The ticket price includes the entrance and a seat reservation at a table as well as a glass of sparkling wine for the welcome (at the Hofburg Foyer until 7.00 pm), a four-course dinner with white / red wine, mineral water and a glass of champagne at midnight at your table. Musical entertainment by live-orchestras and dance floor.

CIRCLE TICKET Admission entrance Heldenplatz at 9.15 pm The ticket price comprises access to all ballrooms and a glass of sparkling wine for the welcome (at the Hofburg Foyer until 10.00 pm). A seat reservation is not included.

Circle Ticket EUR 170.- per person Student Ticket EUR 70.- per person (Valid only on presentation of a valid student ID up to 26 years and for students of all countries)

DRESS CODE floor long evening gown tails, tuxedo, gala uniform (no tie). The ball committee reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone not wearing appropriate ball attire.

All guests have access to all state rooms as well as to all dance floors, bars and buffets independently from their booked ticket category!

CONDITIONS FOR RESERVATION Fees and final dates for the cancellation of tickets for the ball and all other tickets For cancellations until 31st October 2019 50% of the total reservation from 1st November 2019 100% of the total reservation

TICKET DELIVERY & PICK UP Please advise me until December 1st, if you want to have the tickets sent to your hotel in Vienna or to another address in Austria. Costs of dispatch € 10,- / order maximum 10 tickets (to an Austrian address only) Or you can pick up your tickets at the ball office.

The ticket office is located in the HOFBURG Vienna: entrance Heldenplatz (see inscription “HOFBURG VIENNA” above the entrance door) Opening hours are on 27, 28, 29 and 30 December from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm.

GTCs AND HOUSE RULES All prices include VAT and are subject to change. Please ensure that you have read our general terms and conditions and house rules. You can find these on our website. By participating in the HOFBURG Silvesterball and the waltz class you expressly give your consent for the publication of any images and video footage that you appear in. Tickets are for private use only. Tickets may not be used for commercial purposes or as prizes in draws/raffles etc. without the written permission of the ball office. Please note that a member of the security team may ask you to confirm your identity or submit to a bag check at any time during the event.
