The purchase price amounts to 33.2MEUR on a cash and debt free basis. Warhorse’s Net Revenues in 2018 amounted to approximately 42 MEUR1 , with an adjusted EBIT of approximately 28 MEUR1. ”Warhorse Studios is one of the leading independent studios in Europe and I am proud to welcome them to the THQ Nordic group.
