    1 Inleiding In dit document benoemen we wat we in 2021 concreet gaan doen om bij te dragen aan de realisatie van onze meerjarige doelen en ambities. Een belangrijk deel benoemen we langs vaste acties en indicatoren (bijvoorbeeld het aantal nieuw te bouwen woningen, sloop, renovatie, het aantal betaalbare woningen, energielabelstappen, ontruimingen huisvesten vergunninghouders etc.). Daarnaast is er ruimte om afspraken over onderzoeksvragen en/of beleidsontwikkeling op te nemen, afgestemd op actuele ontwikkelingen en opgaven. We formuleren realistisch en meetbaar. We spreken af wat we in een jaar kunnen realiseren. Daarbij zorgen we dat we capaciteit en middelen beschikbaar hebben. Aan het einde van het jaar toetsen we of we gerealiseerd hebben wat we hebben afgesproken. We zetten ons samen in en ondersteunen elkaar om de gemaakte afspraken te realiseren. Corona: Begin 2020 is de wereld getroffen door het coronavirus. De maatregelen die verspreiding van het virus moeten voorkomen hebben een grote impact op ons allen. Beperkende maatregelen zullen naar verwachting ook in 2021 voortduren en de economische gevolgen zullen nog langer aanhouden. De verwachting is dan ook dat huurders meer dan nu in de problemen gaan komen in 2021. De mogelijke effecten en impact op de korte en lange termijn zijn nu nog niet in te schatten, maar partijen blijven actief in overleg om waar nodig acties tijdig te kunnen op pakken. In het voorjaar 2021 wordt een overleg belegd om een analyse met elkaar te maken om de impact en effecten te duiden. Waar nodig worden huurders die geraakt worden door de coronamaatregelen ondersteund en worden maatwerk- en coulanceoplossingen aangeboden.

In chapters 5-9 the five lineages have been described separately from the fifth generation . Reason for this investigation. For the 50-year anniversary of the marriage of my parents I would like to give them a pedigree of our family. It was not only interesting how the first names of my ancestors were, but also the birth places and their profession. My grandfather was Jan Peter Aloysius Dormans, he was a farmer in Doenrade. His father and grandfather were also farmers. It is a pity that in the ecclesiastical archives before 1800 no professions are mentioned.

Dit Beekdaelen motto krijgt een gezicht met 12 projecten die de 15 kernen van Onderbanken, Schinnen en Nuth verbinden. Het programma met projecten zorgt voor een vliegende start op 1 januari 2019 als we onze nieuwe gemeente Beekdaelen verwelkomen. Nieuwe uitdagingen en kansen De 12 projecten zitten in verschillende fases: van planvorming tot uitvoering. Ze zijn verschillend van karakter en formaat. Van groot onderhoud visvijvers tot de ontwikkeling van een dorpscentrum. En van monumentenbehoud tot gebiedsontwikkeling. Zonder de onderlinge verbinding tussen projecten en partners zouden veel van de projecten niet van de grond zijn gekomen. Een bewijs dat Beekdaelen de kleinschaligheid voorbij is. We zien en pakken onze kansen en durven groter te denken. Op zo’n manier dat het past bij de nieuwe uitdagingen en kansen van onze nieuwe gemeente. On top of this, a lot of people are concerned about potential health and safety risks from this traffic. There are major differences in perception in the area, with the highest percentage of annoyed and concerned people in the municipalities of Onderbanken, Brunssum and Schinnen. People also experience serious noise annoyance in municipalities further away from the base, however.
