All applications for the registration of pure-bred and part- bred Hackney foals must be received 6 months from date of birth or before 31 st December of the year of birth, whichever is longer. All registrations of pure bred Hackneys are subject to DNA parentage testing to prove parentage at the expense of the applicant, payment for DNA kit must be received prior to any kits being forwarded. Appropriate registration fee to be sent when returning the passport application.
