If when queried, correctness cannot be proven, the entry in question shall not be accepted. If already accepted the entry may be cancelled or the exhibit may be disqualified and any award made to it cancelled. No refunds will be given if the incorrect class is listed on the entry form.

If any wilful misstatement or incorrectness shall at any time be proved to have been made in

22 any certificate, either in connection with the Shows of this Society or any other Agricultural Society, the offenders shall (at the discretion of the Show Manager) be disqualified from exhibiting at the Shows of this Society. If such certificate relates to an animal which has been or shall be awarded a prize at this Society’s Show, the prize shall be withheld.

Entry will not be granted to any animals that have not provided the correct information prior to the Show or to any animals that arrived without correct documentation.

3. DATA PROTECTION - GDPR All data given upon entry into classes with the Kent County Agricultural Society may be provided to Breed Societies etc for the checking of eligibility and publication of results. JUDGING 10. JUDGING No person but the Stewards and authorised officials shall enter any of the rings or have any communication with the Judges during the time the judging is taking place. All participants acting in opposition to this rule shall forfeit such premiums as may be awarded to their exhibits.

The Judges may withhold any prize where there is evident want of merit. Where there is only one entry shown in a class, the judges may award the first, second, third or fourth prize according to the merit of that entry.

Once a class has started, late competitors will only be allowed entry into the ring if the Judge is prepared to accept them.

Exhibitors are particularly requested to note the name of the Judge appointed for the classes they wish to enter and are advised, in the interests of all concerned, not knowingly to enter an animal bred by or that has been owned by the Judge appointed.
