All persons entering the showground must have personal and Public Liability Insurance. The Show will not be held responsible for any damage, loss or injury to animal, person or property whilst on the showground. Under NO Circumstances must anyone other than the Judge, Stewards, Competitors and grooms enter the show rings. 2. The Judges’ decision is final. Any objections must be made, in writing, within one hour of the class/incident and handed to the Secretary with a deposit of £30. 3. The Committee reserve the right to amalgamate, cancel or divide classes as entries warrant. 4. The Committee reserve the right to alter judges if required. 5. The Committee reserve the right to return or refuse any entry made either by post or on the day. 6. Under NO circumstances will entries be substituted and any refunds will be totally at the discretion of the committee and will be subject to the £10 admin charge. 7. In the event of postponement all entries will be carried over to the new date unconditionally. 8. In the event of cancellation, refunds MUST be requested in writing (NO emails) and should be sent with a SAE enclosed to the Show Organisers within 28 days of the show date and will be subject to a £10 admin charge. 9. Mountain and Moorland ponies will be shown in accordance to the Breed Society rules. 10. In-foal mares may be asked to produce a certificate of service. Three year old fillies with foals at foot may not be shown, all foals must be a minimum of three weeks old. 11. Stallions may not be led or ridden by children under the age of 12 years in accordance with NPS rules and must be licensed in accordance with breed society rules. 12. All trophies will remain the property of the show and must be signed for. They will be held for the remainder of the year and must be returned to the show upon request. 13. In the interest of safety, excessive assistance or interference from outside the ring will not be tolerated. 14. The Show Organisers reserve the right to carry out random dope testing. 15. Dishonoured cheques will incur a £10 administrative fee and may result in entries being refused in the future. 16. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Any dog caught off the lead will result in a £10 fine. 17. Please use the bins provided for litter and no mucking out of horseboxes onto the show field. 18. No animal suffering from a contagious disease may be brought into the Showground. 19. There will be no holding of any classes; competitors enter multiple classes at their own risk. 20. Class 1 Connemara Pony Colt, Filly or Gelding 3 years old and under Class 2 Connemara Pony Stallion, Mare or Gelding 4 years old and over Connemara Pony In-hand Championship (1st & 2nd Prize winners from the above classes to compete.) Champion and Reserve Champion will then go forward to Native Pony Show Supreme In-Hand Championship. New Forest Ponies In-hand – These classes are open to pure bred registered M&M ponies in the main body of their studbook. Owner’s membership cards must be shown in the ring to receive any qualifications. Foals are not eligible. Class 3 New Forest Pony Colt, Filly or Gelding 3 years old and under Class 4 New Forest Pony Stallion, Mare or Gelding 4 years old and over New Forest Pony In-hand Championship (1st & 2nd Prize winners from the above classes to compete.)
