Show Information Entry Fees: Pre-Entries - £13 per class On the Day - £18 per class Rosettes: Awarded to 6th place in all classes

ANY ABUSIVE LANGUAGE or BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS SHOW OFFICIALS, ANIMALS or FELLOW COMPETITORS WILL RESULT IN EXPULSION FROM THE SHOGROUND and by entering this Show you agree to abide by this and all of the following: 1. All persons entering the showground must have personal and Public Liability Insurance. The Show will not be held responsible for any damage, loss or injury to animal, person or property whilst on the showground. Under NO Circumstances must anyone other than the Judge, Stewards, Competitors and grooms enter the show rings. 2. The Judges’ decision is final. Any objections must be made, in writing, within one hour of the class/incident and handed to the Secretary with a deposit of £30. 3. The Committee reserve the right to amalgamate, cancel or divide classes as entries warrant. 4. The Committee reserve the right to alter judges if required. 5. The Committee reserve the right to return or refuse any entry made either by post or on the day. 6. Under NO circumstances will entries be substituted and any refunds will be totally at the discretion of the committee and will be subject to the £10 admin charge. 7. In the event of postponement all entries will be carried over to the new date unconditionally. 8. In the event of cancellation, refunds MUST be requested in writing (NO emails) and should be sent with a SAE enclosed to the Show Organisers within 28 days of the show date and will be subject to a £10 admin charge. 9. Mountain and Moorland will be shown in accordance to the Breed Society rules. 10. In-foal may be asked to produce a certificate of service. Three year old fillies with foals at foot may not be shown, all foals must be a minimum of three weeks old. 11. may not be led or ridden by children under the age of 12 years in accordance with NPS rules and must be licensed in accordance with breed society rules. 12. All trophies will remain the property of the show and must be signed for. They will be held for the remainder of the year and must be returned to the show upon request. 13. In the interest of safety, excessive assistance or interference from outside the ring will not be tolerated. 14. The Show Organisers reserve the right to carry out random dope testing. 15. Dishonoured cheques will incur a £10 administrative fee and may result in entries being refused in the future. 16. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Any dog caught off the lead will result in a £10 fine. 17. Please use the bins provided for litter and no mucking out of horseboxes onto the show field. 18. No animal suffering from a contagious disease may be brought into the Showground. 19. There will be no holding of any classes; competitors enter multiple classes at their own risk. 20. This show is open to registered M&M Native Ponies.

Home Produced In-hand Section – Open to registered pure bred M&M ponies which are either stabled at home or in a DIY yard and which since 1st January in the current year have not been shown by a producer or stabled in a producer’s yard other than on a DIY Basis or at stud. To be owned/kept, produced, ridden/handled by a person who does not receive remuneration in cash or in kind from working with /ponies. No professional producers are allowed into the ring to groom/strip the /pony. Please enter this class in the spirit in which it is intended. Competitors who contravene the above will be disqualified.

Class 49 Open First Ridden Open to registered Dartmoor, Exmoor, Shetland, New Forest, Welsh Section A or B mares and geldings four years old or over not exceeding 128cm. Riders must have attained their 3rd birthday but not reached their 12th birthday before the 1st January in the current year.

Class 50 Novice Lead Rein Open to registered Dartmoor, Exmoor, Shetland, New Forest, Welsh Section A or B mares and geldings four years or over not exceeding 122cm. Riders must have attained their 3rd birthday but must not have attained their 9th birthday before the 1st January in the current year. To be shown in a snaffle bit. Pony never to have won a first prize of £5 or more in Leading Rein Classes.

Training Stakes Working Hunter Pony Section – Ponies to jump a round of fences. This class will be judged on the jumping phase only.

Class 57 Jumps not to exceed 45cm Class 58 Jumps not to exceed 65cm Class 59 Lead Rein Stakes. Jumps not to exceed 30cm and will be set as cross poles.

Novice Working Hunter Pony Section –

Open to registered pure bred M&M stallions, mares and geldings, four years old or over. Riders may only ride one pony in each class. Ponies must be shown in a snaffle bit. A pony is not eligible to compete if, before 1st January in the current year, it has won a 1st place award at an affiliated show.
