Study of Education in Jewish Day Schools: Student Survey

Dear Student,

This is a survey that asks different questions about you, your family and your Jewish life. We hope to learn about your attitudes and feelings. There are no right or wrong answers. We need your honest responses to each and every question. Please answer each one without skipping over any of them. The survey will take roughly 20 minutes to complete. Nothing that you write will be shared with anyone. Your answers will be completely anonymous. Thank you for your cooperation!
