Nazaret-Oliva, s/n. 46730 Gandía (Valencia). * [email protected] RESUMEN: Se comenta la presencia y localización de varios taxones raros o novedosos para áreas próximas al municipio de Carcaixent (La Ribera Alta, Valencia), entre las que destacan las poco conocidas Ononis diffusa Ten. y Serapias parviflora Parl. Se discute también el rango taxonómico de algunos ejemplares recolectados del género Delphinium. Palabras clave: flora, distribu- ción, corología, Delphinium, Serapias, Ononis diffusa, Carcaixent, Valencia. SUMMARY: Presence and location from several rare taxa or regional no- velties from near areas of Carcaixent (La Ribera Alta, SE Valencia) are here commented, pointing out Ononis diffusa Ten. and Serapias parviflora Parl.     FEDERICO LOPEZ Federico López Córcoles was born in the Alicante region of Spain in 1970. This area is well-known for its artistic tradition, producing world-renowned skilled artists. He studied drawing and painting at the Escuela Permanente de Adultos (EPA) San Carlos from 1995 to 2001 in Ontinyent, a Valencian community in Spain. At this time, he also got involved in working in the Association of Art 92 in Bocairent, another Valencian municipality, and the Association “Font d’Art” in Ontinyent. By participating in these associations, López exhibited his works to a broader audience in multiple group exhibitions from 1995 to 2012 around the Valencia region. Also, the exposure to many painters in the Valencian area through these associations and exhibitions allowed him to experiment with his style and developed his artistic vision into what we see today. López utilizes bold brushstrokes and a bright color palette to convey the dimensionality and tonality of his subject. The variant of bright colors, not hues or tones, adds depth to his works. Color and the linework of his brushstrokes work together to form an image composed of decisiveness and accuracy. He continues to work on his art and exhibit in Spain today. Traffic calming is an initiative to reduce the impact of traffic on local streets by lowering both number and severity of crashes. However, the implementation of traffic calming devices in Spain was not standardized in the past and no technical criteria were applied. This paper presents the methodology, results and conclusions of the analysis specifically related to speed tables as a part of the research project MODETRA.

REVISIÓN DE SU PROTECCIÓN JURÍDICO-ADMINISTRATIVA RESUMEN Este trabajo trata de analizar el patrimonio cultural de bienes inmuebles, principalmente el arquitectónico, desde el punto de vista de la protección jurídica y la adecuación a la normativa patrimonial, fundamentalmente a la Ley 4/1998 del Patrimonio Cultural Valenciano, pero también a las urbanísticas y de paisaje que les afectan, hoy, Ley 5/2014 LOTUP y PGOU de Llíria, y así poder realizar un diagnóstico que permita establecer las acciones necesarias para mejorar su adecuación y en definitiva su conservación. Para la realización de este trabajo, se ha tenido que investigar sobre la normativa y el grado de protección del patrimonio arquitectónico, llegando a alcanzar un conocimiento amplio, sobre la protección que a estos bienes ha dotado la normativa vigente en cada momento y con que categoría han sido incoados o declarados, pudiendo constatar que algunos de estos bienes no se adecuan a las determinaciones que para cada clase establece la Ley Patrimonial y su normativa de desarrollo, así como a la urbanística y de paisaje. El objetivo principal de este trabajo final de máster es el conocimiento del estado de la cuestión de un ámbito tan complejo como es el patrimonio arquitectónico de Llíria, inmerso en el campo del urbanismo, con el deseo que el análisis conduzca a propuestas útiles para la mejora de la conservación de estos valores patrimoniales.

Signature……………………………………………………………………. 1 2 ABSTRACT This thesis is an interrogation of the impact of the Partido de Unión Republicana Autonomista (The Autonomist Republican Union Party or PURA) on the politics of the Spanish province of Valencia, and in turn on national politics, during the politically turbulent years of 1930-1936, the period which immediately preceded the outbreak of the Spanish Civil War. It was the most important Valencian political force and acted as de facto provincial affiliate of the Radical Party, a conservative republican party which was to play a crucial role in national politics. This study uses a wide range of documentary sources, including contemporary newspapers, official papers, and parliamentary records, supplemented by a number of interviews with participants in the events and in-depth case study reviews of two important settlements in the province together with detailed studies of electoral and land ownership data in a further three settlements.

Se ha encontrado 187 táxones, 165 musgos y 22 hepáticas. Los táxones más destacados son: Didymodon umbrosus, Didymodon rigidulus var. icmadophyllus, Pterygoneurum crossidioides, Syntrichia calcicola, Syntrichia caninervis var. gypsophila, Schistidium agassizii, Schistidium atrofuscum, Schistidium robustum, Schistidium singarense, Orthotrichum vittii y Riccia crozalsii. Abastract: The bryophytic flora of Los Serranos region (NW Valencian County, East of Spain) is studied. 187 taxa are listed, 165 mosses and 22 liverworts. The more remarkable taxa are: Didymodon umbrosus, Didymodon rigidulus var. icmadophyllus, Pterygoneurum crossidioides, Syntrichia calcicola, Syntrichia caninervis var. gypsophila, Schistidium agassizii, Schistidium atrofuscum, Schistidium robustum, Schistidium singarense, Orthotrichum vittii, and Riccia crozalsii. INTRODUCCIÓN Las primeras citas del territorio son de Colmeiro, quien en 1864 publica un trabajo sobre los musgos que crecen en el término de Titaguas. Las recolecciones debieron ser efectuadas por S. de R. Clemente, ya que en muchos táxones se indica Clem. a continuación de la especie; en este trabajo se citan 35 táxones. Posteriormente, Colmeiro (1889) recoge las citas anteriores y añade otras diez; estas recolecciones también debieron ser de Clemente, ya que al igual que en la obra anterior figura Clem. después de los táxones. Posteriormente, Cortés Latorre (1950 y 1953) publicó la revisión de algunos pliegos del herbario del Jardín Botánico de Madrid, corrigió algunas determinaciones y añadió algunos táxones.
