Subject:- Stop-gap placement of Assistant Accounts Officers as IIC Junior Scale Accounts Officers.

Government Order No. (h4 -F of 2020 Dated : 11 .04.2020.

Sanction 1s hereby accorded to the placement of following Assistant Accounts Officers of J&K Subordinate Accounts Service as IIC Junior Scale Accounts Officers, purely on temporary basis as a stop-gap arrangement in their own pay and grade, with charge allowance as admissible under rules for a period * of six months or till the available vacancies are filled up on regular basis on the recommendations of DPCIPSC, whichever is earlier. This arrangement shalt not confer any preferential right to them for consideration of their promotion as Junior Scale Accounts Officers, as and when the same is considered on regular basis and shall be subject to outcome of writ petition(s) if any, pending before any Competent Court(s) of law.
