  • Porsche 919 Hybrid English.Indd
Porsche 919 Hybrid Return to top-level sport Porsche is making its comeback to the top-level motorsport arena: with the new 919 Hybrid the sports car brand is sending a platform for pioneering technology to the top category of the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) with the undisputed seasonal highlight of the 24-hour Le Mans race. Porsche's reputation precedes it at this venue: with 16 overall victories under its belt, the brand holds the record for this, the most famous endurance race in the world. In 2014 Porsche is returning to the top-level class endurance race after a 16-year absence - namely Le Mans Prototypes (LMP1). Matthias Müller, Chairman of the Executive Board of Porsche AG explains: "The new and revolutionary efficiency regulations for this class were what prompted us to take this step. In 2014 it is not going to be the fastest contender who is going to win the sports car world championship and Le Mans, but the car that gets furthest with the defined amount of energy. And it is precisely this challenge that the automotive industry has to face. The 919 Hybrid is like a high speed research laboratory and the most complex racing car Porsche has ever built." The new WEC regulations for the LMP1 racing car gives engineers an unusual amount of leeway and demands pioneering technology, such as hybridisation, downsizing engines and consistent lightweight construction. This is all particularly relevant for the development of future generations of factory-spec sports cars. Maximum sporting performance and highest efficiency are at the heart of "Porsche Intelligent Performance".

Dear SCCA Media Partners, Welcome to what is truly a new era of the Sports Car Club of America, as the SCCA National Champi- onship Runoffs heads west for the first time in 46 years to Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. This event, made possible with the help of our friends and partners at Mazda and the Sports Car Rac- ing Association of the Monterey Peninsula (SCRAMP), was met with questions at its announcement that have been answered in a big way, with more than 530 drivers on the entry list and a rejunvenaton of the west coast program all season long. While we haven’t been west of the Rockies since River- side International Raceway in 1968, it’s hard to believe it will be that long before we return again. The question on everyone’s mind, even more than usual, is who is going to win? Are there hidden gems on the west coast who may be making their first Runoffs appearance that will make a name for themselves on the national stage, or will the traditional contenders learn a new track quickly enough to hold their titles? My guess is that we’ll see some of each.

  • {PDF} Mygale Ebook, Epub
MYGALE PDF, EPUB, EBOOK Thierry Jonquet,Donald Nicholson-Smith | 129 pages | 01 Jan 2003 | City Lights Books | 9780872864092 | English | Monroe, OR, United States Mygale PDF Book The story was set in France and centers around Richard Lafargue a prominent plastic surgeon and his disturbing relationship with a beautiful mysterious young woman named Eve, whom Lafargue had under lock and key literally. Its a masterpiece! This has been mentioned in previous reviews here that the film and novel although the main plot remains will be a totally different experience and advise all to do both. Later came a French and a Danish variant of this European series. More Details Eve is only permitted to leave the home for dinners, social obligations, oh and For the infraorder of spiders, see Mygalomorphae. I devoured Mygale in a few hours. Mygale by Thierry Jonquet ,. Tarantula tells the story of Richard Lafargue who is a plastic surgeon.. It was Mygales most successful season in USF yet, Urlin scored two pole-positions and four podium finishes. From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Formula Renault Campus Formula Novis. But was that enough reason to seek justice in the most vile manner? Mygale Lasiodora Cubana. It focussed its efforts on the British series in in a close partnership with Ultimate Motorsport that yielded fifth place in the teams' standings. I have a few speculations myself. Has he gone mad as Eve perceived him to be or is his hatred really that all consuming? The story is a brilliant but bizarre mixture of thriller and erotica, a complicative, finely crafted tale of revenge and suffering, domination and submission, both mental and physical abuse and tenderness, love and hate.

After 215 Formula 1 Grands Prix, and having won nine of them, he left the F1 paddock to become a Porsche works driver. “It was a big change and a challenge to adapt to LMP1 and the intense teamwork, an entirely new experience,” the Australian admits. Sharing the Porsche 919 Mark Webber, Porsche driver, Hybrid with two other drivers requires compromises for Silverstone 6h 2014 seats, pedal systems and set-up. The better a driver feels, the faster he is. Because this is vital and beneficial for all three of them, they take good care of each other. “I surprised myself by how much I enjoyed the sharing a car after a short period of familiarisation,” he said. Webber is a straightforward man and he’s honest with himself. In his book Aussie Grit: My Formula One Journey, published in 2015, he gives a deeper insight into his career. He left his home in Queanbeyan in New South Wales, Australia, at the age of 19 with a clear goal, to further his career as a racing driver in England. He was one of many, and one of those without a sponsor, but he had natural talent.
