CITY OF PICKERING 8.2.1 ONTARIO REALTY CORPORATION To construct, reconstruct, erect or place a building or structure, temporarily or permanently place, dump or remove any material, originating on the site or elsewhere and alter a watercourse on Lot 27, Concession 4, (2870 Sideline 26), in the City of Pickering, Duffins Creek Watershed as located on the property owned by Ontario Realty Corporation. The purpose is to permit the replacement of a washed out culvert. 1141-1142 CITY OF TORONTO (ETOBICOKE YORK COMMUNITY COUNCIL AREA) 8.2.2 CITY OF TORONTO To construct, reconstruct, erect or place a building or structure on Cordella Avenue, Jasper Avenue, Langden Avenue, Edinborough Court), in the City of Toronto (Etobicoke York Community Council Area), Humber River Watershed as located on the property owned by City of Toronto. The purpose is to construct a watermain within a Regional Storm Floodplain. 1142-1143 8.2.3 CITY OF TORONTO To change a building or structure so that it alters its use or potential use, increases its size or increases the number of dwelling units, site grade and temporarily or permanently place, dump or remove any material, originating on the site or elsewhere on Part Lot 1, 2, Block C, D, Plan 548, 1055, (130 The Queensway), in the City of Toronto (Etobicoke York Community Council Area), Humber River Watershed as located on the property owned by City of Toronto. The purpose is to construct Chlorination and De-chlorination facilities in the regulated area of the Humber Treatment Plant located at 130 Queensway in the City of Toronto. A Letter of Advice will be prepared by TRCA staff on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) for this project. 1144-1145 3 8.2.4 CITY OF TORONTO To temporarily or permanently place, dump or remove any material, originating on the site or elsewhere and alter a watercourse on, (Silver Creek at Edenbridge Drive), in the City of Toronto (Etobicoke York Community Council Area), Humber River Watershed as located on the property owned by City of Toronto. The purpose is to replace the existing gabion walls currently within the Silver creek channel with armourstone. The City is proposing to construct a low-flow channel within the flood channel to help restore fish passage. A restoration planting plan will be implemented as part of the proposed improvements. A Letter of Advice will be prepared by TRCA staff on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) for this project. 1145-1146 8.2.5 124 SATURN ROAD To change a building or structure so that it alters its use or potential use, increases its size or increases the number of dwelling units on Lot 4, Plan 4935, (124 Saturn Road), in the City of Toronto (Etobicoke York Community Council Area), Etobicoke Creek Watershed. The purpose is to facilitate the construction of a second storey addition, a front two-storey addition, a rear three-storey addition and a rear wood deck to the existing single family detached dwelling. 1147-1148 8.2.6 32 HAMPSHIRE HEIGHTS To change a building or structure so that it alters its use or potential use, increases its size or increases the number of dwelling units on Lot 60, Plan M-701, (32 Hampshire Heights), in the City of Toronto (Etobicoke York Community Council Area), Mimico Creek Watershed. The purpose is to facilitate the construction of a new front entrance, partial second storey addition, one-storey side addition and roof-top deck to the existing single family detached dwelling. 1148-1149 8.2.7 5 HUMBERCREST BOULEVARD To change a building or structure so that it alters its use or potential use, increases its size or increases the number of dwelling units on Lot 5, 6, Plan 2658, (5 Humbercrest Boulevard), in the City of Toronto (Etobicoke York Community Council Area), Humber River Watershed. The purpose is to facilitate the construction of a second storey addition and replace an existing rear deck to the existing single family detached dwelling. 1149-1150 4 CITY OF TORONTO (SCARBOROUGH COMMUNITY COUNCIL AREA) DEFERRED 8.2.8 CITY OF TORONTO To site grade and temporarily or permanently place, dump or remove any material, originating on the site or elsewhere on Part Lot 7, 8, Concession 'D, (201 Copperfield Road), in the City of Toronto (Scarborough Community Council Area), Highland Creek, Waterfront Watershed as located on the property owned by City of Toronto. The purpose is to expand the capacity of the existing F. J. Horgan Water Treatment Plant to 800 ML/D. The proposed work includes the construction of a concrete pad, asphalt pavement, access road and storm sewers, a new ozone system facility, storage area. A temporary asphalt access road is proposed to provide access around the property for construction purposes. 1150 CITY OF TORONTO (TORONTO AND EAST YORK COMMUNITY COUNCIL AREA) 8.2.9 CITY OF TORONTO To construct, reconstruct, erect or place a building or structure, site grade and temporarily or permanently place, dump or remove any material, originating on the site or elsewhere on Lot 11, 12, Concession 3 FTB, (21 Redway Road), in the City of Toronto (Toronto and East York Community Council Area), Don River Watershed as located on the property owned by City of Toronto. The purpose is to upgrade the Chlorination and De-chlorination facilities at the North Toronto Treatment Plant located on 21 Redway Road in East York. The upgrades include a new chemical building, expanded and new above-ground containment with tanks; connecting pipes; chorine contact tank adjacent to the exiting stormwater tank and a temporary access road. 1151-1153 8.2.10 CITY OF TORONTO To construct, reconstruct, erect or place a building or structure, site grade and temporarily or permanently place, dump or remove any material, originating on the site or elsewhere on Lot 11, 12, Plan 64R 8775 PTI PT WARD 29, (21 Redway Road), in the City of Toronto (Toronto and East York Community Council Area), Don River Watershed as located on the property owned by City of Toronto. The purpose is to construct - reconstruct - erect or place a building or structure in a regulated area on 21 Redway Road, in the City of Toronto (Toronto and East York Community Council Area), Don River Watershed as located on the property owned by City of Toronto. The purpose is to improve the capacity and water quality of the Combined Sewer Outflow (CSO) facility located at the North Toronto Treatment Plant (NTTP). The proposed improvements were identified as part of the City of Toronto’s Wet Weather Flow Master Plan which recommended that the CSO facility be considered for high-rate treatment (HRT) to improve the quality of the wet weather flow discharges to the Don River. 1153-1155 5 8.2.11 ROYAL CANADIAN YACHT CLUB To construct, reconstruct, erect or place a building or structure, temporarily or permanently place, dump or remove any material, originating on the site or elsewhere and alter a shoreline on, (Toronto Islands), in the City of Toronto (Toronto and East York Community Council Area), Waterfront Watershed as located on the property owned by Royal Canadian Yacht Club. The purpose is to construct a new 360 m long, 200 mm diameter water service connection in a regulated area, appropriately 175 m of 200 mm diameter and 100 m of 150 mm diameter water service line on the North Island and approximately 275 m of 150 mm diameter water service line on the South Island to replace the existing water service line within the same area. 1155-1156 CITY OF VAUGHAN 8.2.12 IMPERIAL OIL LIMITED To change a building or structure so that it alters its use or potential use, increases its size or increases the number of dwelling units and site grade on Part Lot 24, Plan 9691, (7018 Islington Avenue), in the City of Vaughan, Humber River Watershed as located on the property owned by Imperial Oil Limited.

This Environmental Assessment (EA) is being conducted by Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) and is aimed at creating a new waterfront park along the Lake Ontario shoreline from Bluffers Park to East Point Park in the City of Toronto. The goal is to create a destination park featuring a system of linked scenic landscapes both along the top of the bluffs and at the water’s edge integrating shoreline regeneration, public access and safety, and natural heritage. The study area is located on Lots 18 to 27 Concession B, Lots 11 to 23 Concession C, and Lots 3 to 17 Concession D in historic Scarborough Township, York County. The objectives of this study are to provide information about the property’s geography, history, previous archaeological fieldwork and current land conditions in order to evaluate the property’s potential to contain cultural heritage resources that might be impacted by the modifications proposed in the EA.
