It has been one of the best years in our 20-year history at Big Creative Training, with high levels of achievement from our students across all subject areas as well as Maths and English. We are also proud to report record levels of our students progressing within BCE to further develop their creative and academic skills on their journey to exciting creative careers, apprenticeships and University. We are very excited for the coming year and are happy to bring you the latest course offers from our Uplands House and Creative Works campus, where we have upgraded all course areas with the latest studios, industry software and computer equipment. New courses we are launching for the 2020 academic year include the Level 3 NextGen Animation & VFX course, new apprenticeship standards in Music & VFX and Adult Learning in Digital Skills, Maths & English and access to apprenticeships.

The Big Creative Academy continues to go from strength to strength, from achieving an Ofsted grade ‘Good’ in our inspection, to the continued development of an arts-based curriculum with the University of the Arts. This year we are excited to announce that we are now an associate school of Sadler’s Wells Theatre, who are working with us to develop our performing arts and dance curriculum.

Our young people are out there in industry forging their own path, with over 95% progressing onto University, setting up their own business, or securing employment in the creative sector, all following their passion for the arts. I’m very proud of our learners and the strength of character they have to achieve their ambitions. Big Creative Academy values that ambition and drives it forward with a focus on wellbeing and character education, underpinning everything we do and delivered through a dedicated programme and series of workshops.
