The Underdark is a vast network of underground tunnels and caverns that lies beneath the World Above. Filled with all manner of wonders and dangers, the Underdark is split into three levels: The Upperdark, Middledark, and Lowerdark. Each level of the Underdark has unique challenges and is home to some of the darkest evil the world faces. The foul dark elves called the make their home in the Underdark, creating large cities where they can pay homage to their evil spider goddess. The Duergar, the grey dwarves who are dark reflections of their cousin dwarves, dwell in fortresses made of solid rock from which they stride out to make raids on the World Above and the Un- derdark. In the deepest reaches of the Lowerdark crewplaces that few from the surface ever have seen.

This supplement for Underdark-based campaigns and for the Out of the Abyss adven- ture path introduces some trinkets and magical curiosities a hero might find in the course of their adventures through the lightless domains of the Underdark. Some of these trinkets have minor magical powers. Others are simply things one might find in the course of an adventure.
