TEAS est également activement impliqué dans le développement d’un sentiment communautaire parmi les Azerbaïdjanais expatriés. TEAS a été créé en Novembre 2008, et a pris la succession de la Société londonienne d’Azerbaïdjan, qui avait été établie quatre ans plus tôt. L’organisation a maintenant des bureaux au Royaume-Uni, en Belgique, en France et en Allemagne, ainsi qu’un bureau de représentation en Azerbaïdjan. Les opérations de TEAS ont trois pôles principaux: • La culture - TEAS sensibilise un public mondial à la culture riche et vibrante de l’Azerbaïdjan en organisant des manifestations culturelles et en servant de centre de réseau. • Les entreprises - TEAS soutient les entreprises européennes et azerbaïdjanaises qui sont membres du Cercle. Il sert de plate-forme aux organisations qui désirent établir des liens et renforcer leurs relations d’affaires par le biais d’un programme de réseautage dans toute la région.
