Alexandra KREBITZ über die Beschwerde von XXXX , geboren am XXXX , Staatsangehöriger von Afghanistan, vertreten durch BBU Bundesagentur für Betreuungs- und Unterstützungsleistungen GmbH, gegen den Bescheid des Bundesamtes für Fremdenwesen und Asyl vom 01.04.2021, Zl. XXXX , zu Recht: A) Die Beschwerde wird als unbegründet abgewiesen. B) Die Revision ist gemäß Art. 133 Abs. 4 B-VG nicht zulässig. Entscheidungsgründe: I. Verfahrensgang: Der BF stellte erstmals am 20.01.2016 einen Antrag auf internationalen Schutz. Dieser Antrag wurde im Rechtsmittelweg vom Bundesverwaltungsgericht mit Erkenntnis vom 23.09.2019, W158 2194215-1/9E als unbegründet abgewiesen und erwuchs in Rechtskraft. Im Beschwerdeverfahren vor dem Bundesverwaltungsgericht wurde am 21.08.2019 eine mündliche Beschwerdeverhandlung durchgeführt, an der der BF und seine Rechtsvertreterin teilnahmen. Im Rahmen der mündlichen Beschwerdeverhandlung wurde der BF im Beisein einer Dolmetscherin für die Sprache Dari u.a. zu seiner Identität und Herkunft, zu den persönlichen Lebensumständen, zu seinem Gesundheitszustand, seinen Familienangehörigen, seinen Fluchtgründen und Rückkehrbefürchtungen sowie zu seinem - 2 - Privat- und Familienleben in Österreich befragt. Zu Gesundheitszustand gab der BF an, dass er im Dezember 2016 krank gewesen sei, jetzt aber wieder gesund. Seine Krankheit kehre alle 3 – 4 Monate zurück, er nehme dann Medikamente und dann werde es besser. Zum Gesundheitszustand wurde im abweisenden Erkenntnis vom 18.11.2019 ausgeführt, dass der BF gesund und arbeitsfähig sei.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The project “Enhancing protection information for displaced people from Afghanistan through collaborative engagement with diaspora communities in Europe” named in the report the Afghan Diaspora Information Project (ADIP) focuses on enhancing protection information for displaced people from Afghanistan through collaborative engagement with diaspora communities in Europe. The 36-months project aims to support members of the Afghan diaspora in Denmark, Germany and the Netherlands to engage with migrants and refugees in a way that reduces protection risks. During the reporting period the six diaspora partners received the pre-testing recommendations on their campaign materials and revised their materials for the second round of message testing in Afghanistan. All the organisations received additional mentoring sessions to discuss the feedbacks and the necessary adjustments. An online training on Protection Information was conducted for Afghan diaspora without prior knowledge on protection on 27 May 2021.

Wright‡ July 10, 2021 Abstract We estimate the causal effect of a large cash assistance program for refugee returnees on conflict in Afghanistan. The program led to a significant increase in repatriation. Leveraging historical returnee settlement patterns and previously unreleased combat records, we find that policy-induced refugee return had cross-cutting effects, reducing insurgent violence, but increasing social conflict. The program's cash benefits were substantial and may have raised reservation wages in communities where returnees repatriated. Consistent with this hypothesis, returnee encashment had heterogeneous effects on insurgent violence, decreasing use of labor-intensive combat, while also reduc- ing the effectiveness of counterinsurgent bomb neutralization missions. Additionally, kinship ties and access to informal institutions for dispute resolution significantly offset the risks of refugee return for communal violence. These results highlight unintended consequences of repatriation aid and clarify the conditions under which refugee re- turn affects conflict.     Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Afghanistan opium survey 2019 Socio-economic survey report: Drivers, causes and consequences of opium poppy cultivation Y 2021 FEBRUARY 2021 FEBRUAR FEBRUARY Page intentionally left blank Introduction The Afghanistan opium surveys 2019 collected and analysed detailed data on the location and extent of opium poppy cultivation, potential opium production and the socio-economic situation in rural areas. The results provide a detailed picture of the outcome of the 2019 opium season and, together with data from previous years, enable the identification of medium- and long-term trends in the evolution of illicit opium poppy cultivation in Afghanistan. This information is essential for planning, implementing and monitoring measures required for tackling a problem that has serious implications for Afghanistan and the international community. The survey was implemented by the Afghan government counterpart agency, the National Statistics and Information Authority (NSIA), in collaboration with UNODC. Since 2005, the Afghan counterpart and UNODC have also been involved in the verification of poppy eradication conducted by provincial governors and poppy-eradication forces. This information is essential for planning, implementing and monitoring counter-narcotic efforts. The opium survey is implemented within the technical framework of the UNODC Illicit Crop Monitoring Programme (ICMP). The objective of ICMP is to assist the international community in monitoring the extent and evolution of illicit crops in the context of the Plan of Action adopted by the 53rd session of the United Nations Commission on Narcotic Drugs in March 2009. Under ICMP, UNODC carries out monitoring activities in other countries affected by illicit crop cultivation in Asia (Myanmar), the Americas (Bolivia (Plurinational State of), Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico and Peru); and in Africa (Nigeria).

    AFGHANISTAN Humanitarian Access Snapshot (July 2021) KEY ISSUES KEY FIGURES MONTHLY TREND Summary IN JUL 2021 IN 2021 Humanitarian incidents Humanitarian partners reported at least 176 access impediments to the HAG in July 2021 in Afghanistan. This is a significant decrease from the 274 Previous -3 year average 300 incidents reported in June, which is the highest number of access impediments recorded since the HAG began documentation in 2016. 274 The overall high incident levels observed in June were due to factors such as an increased number of movement restrictions and military operations, total number of access with the Taliban responsible for most of these incidents. Government of Pakistan MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS ORDER S.R.O. 1399 (1)/2020 dated 30 December, 2020— WHEREAS the United Nations Security Council vide its Resolutions Nos. 1267(1999), 1333 (2000), 1373 (2001), 1390 (2002), 1455 (2003), 1526 (2004), 1617 (2005), 1735 (2006), 1822 (2008), 1904 (2009), 1988 (2011), 1989 (2011), 2082 (2012), 2083 (2012), 2133 (2014), 2160 (2014), 2161 (2014) 2170(2014), 2178(2014), 2199 (2015) and2255 (2015)has directed to apply travel restrictions, arms embargo and to freeze the funds and other financial resources of certain individuals and entities; 2. AND WHEREAS through Orders No. S.R.O. 773 (1) dated 5 August 2003, the individuals mentioned in the Annex to this order were subjected to the sanction measures in accordance with paragraph I of United Nations Security Council resolution 2255 (2015) adopted on 21 December 2015 under Chapter VII of the United Nations Charter with respect to individuals and entities designated prior to the date of adoption of resolution 1988 (2011) as the Taliban, as well as other individuals, groups, undertakings and entities associated with the Taliban in constituting a threat to the peace, stability and security of Afghanistan as designated by the Committee established in paragraph 35 of resolution 1988 ("the Committee"), in the 1988 Sanction List, hereafter known as "the List"; 3. AND WHEREAS through paragraph 19 of the United Nations Security Council resolution 2255 (2015) adopted under Chapter VII of the United Nations Charter, the United Nations Security Council allowed the submission of names, for Committee's consideration, of listed individuals for granting travel permission to participate in meetings in support of peace and reconciliation as determined by the Committee.
