They are available in 7.5 HP three phase or 5 HP single phase. The 7.5 HP is preferred when spinning duals. Wiring should be performed by a qualified electrician using #10 wire. Branch fuse size should be 60 amps per line or approximately 3 times running amps. Adequate heater protection is provided in control box to protect motor. Rotation of the spinning bell would be clock-wise looking into the side of the bell. This making tire being spun to rotate downward at the spinner. This makes the brake work properly. Wheels being spun are jacked up 2 to 3 inches with a good sturdy jack. The 501-a pick up unit is placed under the vehicle close to the tire. The spinner is switched on before being applied to the wheel. Push against the wheel until sufficient speed is reached to find heavy spot on the tire. The brake is slid over spinning bell and applied to the wheel. Weight is applied to light side of wheel. The action of spin-up and brake is repeated until the tire is balanced and will have no shake. PHOENIX,AZ •MONIICEIJ.0,1114 1.-aM6tO 525 TIRE SPINNER JAN. 13, 2012 @ 525 TIRE SPINNER REPAIR PARTS BOM 2 of 2 PN: 0000 BEGINNING SERIAL NO.0000 Jan. 13, 2012 PARTS LIST PARTS LIST ITEM PART NO.
