Update Graphics Card Driver (Optional) When users face problems with their graphics cards, they should try to update graphics card drivers as follows: 1) Open the Run dialog box by pressing and holding the “Windows” key, then press the “R” key. Type devmgmt.msc and Press Ok Button.
2) In Device Manager, you should see a section called Display adapters, click on it. Right click on the video card shown and select Update Driver Software.
