‘‘I found the coaching sessions extremely useful in moving on from the FINDD course, specifically in aiding self assessment of my leaderships/commercial competence. The work on personality profiling and 360 degree feedback was invaluable in confirming that both the learning and development actions I had taken were the correct ones and helping to identify areas where I could benefit from L & D. This will all help me to improve my skills and become more effective in my role.’’ - Senior Manager, HA
