The warning signal time for the first test in following days will be exposed in the NOTICE board by 8pm every evening . In case of no communication , will imply the time of the previous day. No warning signal will be displayed after 2:30pm on May 4th . There will be 9 tests with a maximum of 4 tests per day. The race will be valid with any number of tests. For the allocation of the Italian Class Champion titles a minimum of 3 (three) tests must be completed. Sein einzigartiges Deck ist direkt mit den Rümpfen verbunden. Mit seiner stabilen Bauweise aus rotationsgeformten Polyethylen ist das Bravo das ideale Boot, um vom Strand aus zu starten und an einem windigen Tag das Anlegen zu üben. cleanairflatwater HCA Bylaws n preparation for the next Hobie Class Association Annual General Meeting, Rob Jerry is chairing the Bylaws committee I to review our governance and determine what improvements and enhancements might be advantageous. Certainly, we’d all rather be sailing and not spending our scarce time on the seem- The Official Publication of the Hobie ingly boring topic of organizational bylaws. Class Association of North America In practice, the bylaws or constitution of most associations such as the HCA go MAY–JUNE 2006 unread and largely unheeded as long as things run smoothly. This is often an invisible VOLUME 35, NUMBER 3 issue because one of two things can happen. First, the organization can slowly evolve away from their intended purpose.
