PROGRAMME: May 2nd registration from 9 am to 11am , at 1 pm is the warning signal for the first test, the next will follow. The warning signal time for the first test in following days will be exposed in the NOTICE board by 8pm every evening . In case of no communication , will imply the time of the previous day. No warning signal will be displayed after 2:30pm on May 4th . There will be 9 tests with a maximum of 4 tests per day. The race will be valid with any number of tests. In case of contrast between the Call and the latter will prevail including the following Official Communications. (Modification RRS 63.7) The race will count for the classification in the area. Admission: All the Hobie Cat wid Cat and Hobie Tiger, Dragoon, Hobie Cat 16 Classic and Hobie Tiger boats are admitted, whose crews are aligned with the current year subscription with the IVF card including the health requirements and with the enrolment to the class.

Possible foreign competitors must be in compliance with the provisions of the National Authority of affiliation in the matter of registration and medical examination PUBLICITY: According to the regulation 20 World Sailing (Advertising Code) the race is classified as “advertising without restrictions” . Italian competitors whose boats display individual advertising will have to show, at the time of the perfection of the registration, the valid IVF licence Competitors may be required to display a bow sticker , on both sides of the hull, with the marks of any groomers provided by the organization. REGISTRATIONS Registration must be received by April 25, including payment of the registration fee, to the Secretariat of the Organizing Committee filling out the form provided on the website www.Associazioneitalianahobiecat.it. www.svagamente.org The registration fees for crew is EURO 120, for Hobie cat Wild Cat Tiger and 16 and EURO 70,00 for the Dragoon the payment can be made by bank transfer to Svagamente with sail number IBAN IT39 G 0335901600100000062558 Banca Prossima or at the time of the completion of the registration on site.

All registrations must be completed by 11am on May 3rd presenting: 1) the duly completed registration form. Competitors under the age of 18 must submit the registration form signed by the parents, guardian or support person acting in accordance with rule 3.1 (b) and who, during the event, takes responsibility for getting the contestant into the water to race. 2) FIV card valid for the current year and complete with the indication of the medical examination with expiry date. BPS“ described in the Regatta Instructions and be equipped with portable VHF apparatus with channels 16/72. The accredited coach will be authorized to use the boat registered during the event. An alleged violation of BPS can be reported to the Protests Committee which may convene a hearing and act according to rule 64.4 RRS. It is the competence of competitors and their Support People to decide on the basis of their skills, wind power, the state of the sea, weather forecasts and everything else to be expected by a good sailor, whether to go out to sea and participate in the race, to continue it or to give up.

PHOTOGRAPHICAL AND/OR TELEVISION RIGHTS: Competitors grant full right and permission to the Organizing Committee to publish and/or broadcast through any media, any photo or filming of persons or boats during the event, including but not limited to, television commercials and anything else that can be used for your own editorial or advertising purposes or for printed information. COLLATERAL EVENTS: When the regattas return, pasta will be offered, on May 3rd a buffet will be offered.
