Assessment Finding and Recommendation in brief: On 20th December.2017, OCHA conducted an OCT meeting with partners and government departments including IRC, WFP/CTG, DACAAR, ARCS, PC, WSTA, ANDMA and DoRR to begin assessments of approximately 153 households in Logar province. Assessments were conducted between 24 – 31 December with 43 households identified eligible for humanitarian assistance. Households reported being displaced due to ongoing conflict and high level of insecurity from Logar (Pule Alam, Barakibarak, Khoshi and Mohammad Agha districts), Nangahar, Laghman, Balkh and Paktya provinces,The majority having been displaced from insecure districts of Logar (84%) and unable to return home. 36 households (84%) reported having enough food to last less than a week, whilst 5 households (12%) reported having no food stock. The majority of households are (81%) currently living in rented houses.
