Saverio Clemente Andrea De Amici Luca Targetti Born in Germany, Nicola Beller Carbone grows up in Spain where she initially studies to be an actress but later turns to singing, studying at the Escuela Superior di Canto of Madrid with Dolores Ripollès. In Munich she studied under Astrid Varnay and in 1991 obtained a permanent contract at the Opernstudio of the State Opera of Munich. In 1993 she obtains the position of permanent soprano at the Gärtnerplatztheater München, and from 1996 to 2001 at the Nationaltheater Mannheim, where she sings the lyric repertoire (Fiordiligi, Contessa, Tatjana, Mimi, Liu, Violetta, Antonia, etc). Since 2001 she travels all over the world as a guest artist. Having begun with the lyrical repertoire, her debut as Salome in 2003 marks a shift to a more dramatic register. Since 2012 Nicola Beller Carbone starts to offer her experience as a singer/actress to several Institutions (International Opernstudio Zürich, Escuela Superior de Canto de Madrid, Theaterakademie München, Opernstudio München) to work with the young singers using her very personal experience on stage. She founds a summer school in Tuscany, Sing&Act Chianti Workshop INCanto TIGNANO where she focuses on singing and acting in Opera developing all the creative skills of each individual. She is fluent in German, Spanish, Italian, English and French. Nicola Beller Carbone Soprano She’s now working on show with Kurt Weill’s music.
