Se presta especial atención a su construcción dentro del contexto de la posguerra española y la represión franquista, a través de la documentación existente, y además presenta las labores llevadas a cabo durante el «Campo de Trabajo para jóvenes Línea P» en 2017, centrado en los Centros de Resistencia 209 y 210, donde se han acometido labores de catalogación. -

On 21 December 2005, the Commission adopted the Guidelines on National Regional Aid for 2007-20131 (hereinafter “RAG”). 2. In accordance with paragraph 100 of the RAG, each Member State should notify to the Commission, following the procedure of Article 88(3) of the EC Treaty, a single regional aid map covering its entire national territory which will apply for the period 2007-2013. In accordance with paragraph 101 of the RAG, the approved regional aid map is to be published in the Official Journal of the European Union and will be considered as an integral part of the RAG. 3. On 13 March 2006, a pre-notification meeting between the Spanish authorities and the Commission's services took place. 4. By letter of 19 September 2006, registered at the Commission on the same day with the reference number A/37353, Spain notified its regional aid map for the period from 1 January 2007 to 31 December 2013. 5. By letter of 23 October 2006 (reference number D/59110) the Commission requested from the Spanish authorities additional information. 6. PPLLAANN DDEE GGEESSTTIIÓÓNN DDEE LLAA AANNGGUUIILLAA EEUURROOPPEEAA EENN NNAAVVAARRRRAA 1 Actuaciones en Navarra en Relación con la Gestión de la Anguila Europea INTRODUCCIÓN La anguila es un pez anfihalino y catádromo, que nace en el Océano Atlántico y cuyos alevines (angulas) migran a los ríos europeos, en los que viven hasta alcanzar la madurez sexual. Las poblaciones de esta especie han sufrido una regresión muy fuerte en todos los ríos europeos. Las causas de esta regresión hay que buscarlas principalmente en dos factores: 1.- la imposibilidad que hoy en día encuentra la especie para remontar las aguas dulces y 2.- la sobrepesca a la que ha estado sometida. Hasta mediados del siglo XX, la anguila era una especie frecuente en todos los ríos de Navarra, tanto en la vertiente cantábrica como en los que vierten a la cuenca del Ebro. A estos últimos llegaba procedente del mar Mediterráneo, remontando el Ebro y su presencia era conocida incluso en las cabeceras de sus afluentes pirenaicos (Eska, Salazar, Iratí, Arga…). Los grandes embalses construidos en el curso bajo de aquel río, infranqueables para la anguila, han abocado a la disminución progresiva de la especie en todos los ríos mediterráneos de Navarra, hasta llegar a su práctica desaparición actual. DISTRIBUCIÓN ACTUAL Tal y como muestra el mapa de distribución de la Figura 1, hoy en día se conoce la presencia de la anguila en varios ríos de la vertiente mediterránea (Ebro, Ega, Arga, Irati, Aragón, Arakil, Urederra, Salado, Zidacos) aunque sus poblaciones actuales son muy escasas y son fruto de las sueltas y repoblaciones realizadas en los últimos años, no pudiendo completar en esta agua su ciclo migratorio.
