Exhibitor Drawings are open to attendees who leave their business cards with our individual exhibitors. Exhibitors will text you to claim your winnings towards the end of the evening. The more exhibitors you visit, the better your chances of winning!
Door Prizes are open to all attendees. We will ask for your business card at registration. Make sure your cell number is on your card as we will text our winner near the end of the event. Winners must be present to win.
Grand Prize is open to all attendees. Search through the parking lot for 5 different colored tickets! Collect one (1) of each green, red, yellow, orange and blue. Bring all 5 to the tent and we'll register you for the grand prize!

Screening is Mandatory All participants have been screened with a health questionnaire and temperature check. Masks have been handed out and are mandatory. Color-coded wristbands indicate social awareness.
Keep Distance in Mind Maintain 6 feet of distance between you and the next. Hand Sanitzer Sponsor Each exhibitor has three spaces and one between them and the next exhibitor. Facilities are Clean & Available When entering the Crane Bay Event Center, a door greeter will be in place to provide a touch-free entry. If weather allows, exterior doors into the facility may be kept open A large tent is located just east of the facility. Guests may enjoy food and drink at various, socially distanced tables.
Sanitation We have sprayed the registration areas and tables under the tents. Continued Tables Sanitized By: use of sanitizing wipes will be utilized. Crane Bay will use CDC guidelines for increase cleaning of restrooms and high-touch areas. Please continue to wash your hands and use hand sanitizer. Page 16 Your Safety
Food/Drink Safety No buffet -style dining this year. All food and beverage will be served by an attendant. Attendants will be required to wear face covering and gloves. No drink tickets this year! Wine and beer for all.
Mandatory Compliance Crane Bay, Crystal Catering and BOMA Indianapolis has sufficient staff on hand to monitor and ensure compliance with social distancing and mask requirements. Masks are required indoors and outdoors. We ask you to be mindful when taking photos and keep your mask on especially if sharing on social media. If you are observed not adhering to local/state mandates and are causing other to feel uncomfortable, you will be reminded. If the behavior continues, you will be asked to leave.
