What Types Of Bar Services Do We Offer?

CASH BAR: Individual guests pay for their own drinks. Price includes tax. Payments may be made by cash, debit, and credit card. Gratuity is at each guest’s discretion, but the host is responsible for a minimum staffing fee

CONSUMPTION BAR: Bar is solely based on consumption and is based on a pre determined dollar amount. All purchases will include tax but will have a 20% gratuity / minimum staffing fee added.

COMBINATION BAR: Bar tab is based on any combination of cash & consumption bar. Consumption or Cash bars may be limited to certain items, a certain amount of time, or a predetermined dollar amount.

HOSTED OPEN BAR: Prices Based on 4 Hour Unlimited Offering and are Charged Per Guest. Bar package will contain an allotted amount of alcohol per the total guest guest—not an unlimited bar. Prices shown do not include 20% gratuity / minimum staffing fees, or applicable taxes

“COCKTAILS AND DREAMS” MIXERS & SUPPLIES PACKAGE $3.95 per guest

All bar services start with our full “Cocktails and Dreams” bar mixer and supply package. This package fee is $3.95 per guest and is applied to all events providing any of the listed bar services or open bar packages , except the “Hops & Grapes”

High Quality plastic Beverage Ware, Stirrers / Straws, Cocktail Napkins, Lemons, Limes, Cherries, Olives, Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice, Pineapple Juice, Grapefruit Juice, Tomato Juice, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, Tonic Water, Club Soda, Ginger Beer, 2 Bar Equipment & Tools, and Ice.

Cash Bar Services A Cash bar is going to be the most affordable option for the host! You, the host, pay only the $3.95 per person bar mixer and supply package fee. Your guest then pay for their own drinks purchased at the bar with cash / debit / credit card payment Prices do include applicable taxes. Gratuity is at each guest’s discretion.

There is a $350 minimum that must be spent on purchased drinks at the bar. If the $350 minimum is not met, you, the host, are responsible for the difference. Meeting this minimum is relatively easy and generally equals approximately 1-2 drinks per guest.

Consumption Bar Services Consumption and Combination bars are a great option for clients working with a set budget. With consumption bar, you are able to keep the bar open on a “consumption tab” up to a pre-determined limit. For example, you can set a $1,000 limit to be spent at the bar. After the $1,000 limit is reached the bar service would either close or you could convert to a cash bar—where your guest pay for their individual drinks.

Prices do include applicable taxes. Gratuity is at each guest’s discretion.
