Summit’s Brophy takes 2nd at state Finishes diving meet with score of 374.85

Summit Country Day had a suc- cessful showing in the Division II state diving meet at the C.T Branin Natatorium in Canton on Wednes- day. Summit’s Allison Brophy fin- ished second in the girls’ meet, scoring 374.85 after 11 dives. Brophy’s last dive, an inward one and a half, was her highest- scoring dive of the meet but was not enough to catch eventual cham- pion Claire Schuermann of Ketter- ing Alter.
