The system will take an average of 5 hours to end the cycle of service suspension and resumption procedures, including manually locking and unlocking the track rope catcher at top of each tower and an advance round trip trial run before resumption of operation. The time taken for manually locking the track rope catcher depends on the thunderstorm and lightning condition.
