Made from Hondarrabi Zuri and Hondarrabi Zuri Zerratie (the Basque name for Petit Corbu), this Txakoli is a bright lemon colour with green reflections. Pear, apple and citrus aromas donimate the nose. The palate is dry, clean and fresh with notes of green apple and white flowers with a crisp grapefruit acidity. Food
