In the thirteen years since its establishment, the ICTY indicted 161 persons and has completed proceedings against 94 accused. Most cases before the ICTY concern war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide committed in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH). However, the public in BiH still lacks access to proper information about individual cases conducted before the ICTY. especting the principle of individual criminal responsibility, we wish to offer both the local and Rinternational public a quick and comprehensive source of specific and accurate information on the prosecution of war crimes committed in BiH before the ICTY.
