7.4.2021 ES Diar io Ofi cial de la Unión Europea L 119/3 DECISIÓN DE EJECUCIÓN (UE) 2021/562 DE LA COMISIÓN de 30 de marzo de 2021 por la que se modifica el anexo de la Decisión de Ejecución (UE) 2020/1809, sobre algunas medidas de protección en relación con los brotes de gripe aviar de alta patogenicidad en determinados Estados miembros [notificada con el número C(2021) 2349] (Texto pertinente a efectos del EEE) LA COMISIÓN EUROPEA, Visto el Tratado de Funcionamiento de la Unión Europea, Vista la Directiva 89/662/CEE del Consejo, de 11 de diciembre de 1989, relativa a los controles veterinarios aplicables en los intercambios intracomunitarios con vistas a la realización del mercado interior (1), y en particular su artículo 9, apartado 4, Vista la Directiva 90/425/CEE del Consejo, de 26 de junio de 1990, relativa a los controles veterinarios aplicables en los intercambios dentro de la Unión de determinados animales vivos y productos con vistas a la realización del mercado interior (2), y en particular su artículo 10, apartado 4, Vista la Directiva 2005/94/CE del Consejo, de 20 de diciembre de 2005, relativa a medidas comunitarias de lucha contra la influenza aviar y por la que se deroga la Directiva 92/40/CEE (3), y en particular su artículo 63, apartado 4, Considerando lo siguiente: (1) La Decisión de Ejecución (UE) 2020/1809 de la Comisión (4) se adoptó a raíz de la aparición de brotes de gripe aviar de alta patogenicidad (GAAP) en explotaciones de aves de corral u otras aves cautivas de determinados Estados miembros y de que dichos Estados miembros establecieran zonas de protección y de vigilancia de conformidad con la Directiva 2005/94/CE del Consejo. (2) La Decisión de Ejecución (UE) 2020/1809 dispone que las zonas de protección y de vigilancia establecidas por los Estados miembros que figuran en su anexo, de conformidad con la Directiva 2005/94/CE, deben abarcar, como mínimo, las zonas de protección y de vigilancia indicadas como tales en dicho anexo. (3) El anexo de la Decisión de Ejecución (UE) 2020/1809 se modificó recientemente mediante la Decisión de Ejecución (UE) 2021/489 de la Comisión (5), a raíz de la aparición de nuevos brotes de GAAP en aves de corral u otras aves cautivas en Chequia, Dinamarca, Alemania, Francia, Polonia y Suecia, que debían quedar reflejados en el mencionado anexo. (4) Desde la fecha de adopción de la Decisión de Ejecución (UE) 2021/489, Alemania ha notificado a la Comisión nuevos brotes de GAAP del subtipo H5N8 en explotaciones de aves de corral u otras aves cautivas en los distritos de Kulmbach, Cloppenburg, Oder-Spree, Würzburg, Vechta, Ammerland, Diepholz, Hochsauerlandkreis, Altmarkkreis Salzwedel, Warendorf, Paderborn y Saalekreis. L 119/4 ES Diar io Ofi cial de la Unión Europea 7.4.2021 (5) Además, Chequia ha notificado a la Comisión nuevos brotes de GAAP del subtipo H5N8 en explotaciones de aves de corral u otras aves cautivas de las regiones de Bohemia Meridional, Hradec Králové, Bohemia Central y Pardubice. (6) Asimismo, Suecia ha notificado a la Comisión un nuevo brote de GAAP del subtipo H5N8 en una explotación de aves de corral u otras aves cautivas del municipio de Tomelilla. (7) Además, Dinamarca ha notificado a la Comisión nuevos brotes de GAAP del subtipo H5N8 en explotaciones de aves de corral u otras aves cautivas de los municipios de Slagelse y Langeland. (8) Asimismo, Polonia ha notificado a la Comisión nuevos brotes de GAAP del subtipo H5N8 en explotaciones de aves de corral u otras aves cautivas de las regiones de Opolskie, Małopolskie y Wielkopolskie. (9) Además, Francia ha notificado a la Comisión un nuevo brote de GAAP del subtipo H5N8 en una explotación de aves de corral u otras aves cautivas del departamento de Gers. (10) Estos nuevos brotes en Chequia, Dinamarca, Alemania, Francia, Polonia y Suecia se encuentran fuera de los límites de las zonas que figuran actualmente en el anexo de la Decisión de Ejecución (UE) 2020/1809, y las autoridades competentes de dichos Estados miembros han adoptado las medidas necesarias exigidas de conformidad con la Directiva 2005/94/CE, entre las que se encuentra el establecimiento de zonas de protección y de vigilancia en torno a estos nuevos brotes. (11) La Comisión ha examinado las medidas adoptadas por Chequia, Dinamarca, Alemania, Francia, Polonia y Suecia y considera que los límites de las zonas de protección y de vigilancia establecidas por las autoridades competentes de dichos Estados miembros se encuentran a una distancia suficiente de las explotaciones en las que se han confirmado los recientes brotes de GAAP. (12) Con objeto de prevenir cualquier perturbación innecesaria del comercio dentro de la Unión y de evitar que terceros países impongan obstáculos injustificados al comercio, es necesario precisar rápidamente a nivel de la Unión, en colaboración con Chequia, Dinamarca, Alemania, Francia, Polonia y Suecia, las nuevas zonas de protección y de vigilancia establecidas por dichos Estados miembros de conformidad con la Directiva 2005/94/CE. (13) Por consiguiente, deben modificarse las zonas de protección y de vigilancia referentes a Chequia, Dinamarca, Alemania, Francia, Polonia y Suecia que figuran en el anexo de la Decisión de Ejecución (UE) 2020/1809. (14) En consecuencia, debe modificarse el anexo de la Decisión de Ejecución (UE) 2020/1809 para actualizar la regionalización a nivel de la Unión, a fin de tener en cuenta las nuevas zonas de protección y de vigilancia debidamente establecidas por las autoridades competentes de Chequia, Dinamarca, Alemania, Francia, Polonia y Suecia de conformidad con la Directiva 2005/94/CE, y la duración de las restricciones aplicables en ellas. (15) Procede, por tanto, modificar la Decisión de Ejecución (UE) 2020/1809 en consecuencia. (16) La Directiva 2005/94/CE y la Decisión de Ejecución (UE) 2020/1809 dejarán de aplicarse después del 20 de abril de 2021. Debe adoptarse en breve una nueva Decisión de Ejecución de la Comisión de conformidad con el artículo 259 del Reglamento (UE) 2016/429 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo (6), que hará referencia a las normas sobre las zonas de protección y de vigilancia establecidas en el Reglamento Delegado (UE) 2020/687 de la Comisión (7) y será aplicable a partir del 21 de abril de 2021. En consecuencia, en las modificaciones que deben introducirse en el anexo de la Decisión de Ejecución (UE) 2020/1809 mediante la presente Decisión deben tenerse en cuenta el cambio al nuevo régimen y la fecha de expiración de la Directiva 2005/94/CE y de la Decisión de Ejecución (UE) 2020/1809. (6) Reglamento (UE) 2016/429 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 9 de marzo de 2016, relativo a las enfermedades transmisibles de los animales y por el que se modifican o derogan algunos actos en materia de sanidad animal («Legislación sobre sanidad animal») (DO L 84 de 31.3.2016, p. 1). (7) Reglamento Delegado (UE) 2020/687 de la Comisión, de 17 de diciembre de 2019, por el que se completa el Reglamento (UE) 2016/429 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo en lo referente a las normas relativas a la prevención y el control de determinadas enfermedades de la lista (DO L 174 de 3.6.2020, p. 64). 7.4.2021 ES Diar io Ofi cial de la Unión Europea L 119/5 (17) Dada la urgencia de la situación epidemiológica en la Unión por lo que respecta a la propagación de la GAAP, es importante que las modificaciones que han de introducirse en el anexo de la Decisión de Ejecución (UE) 2020/1809 mediante la presente Decisión surtan efecto lo antes posible. (18) Las medidas previstas en la presente Decisión se ajustan al dictamen del Comité Permanente de Vegetales, Animales, Alimentos y Piensos. HA ADOPTADO LA PRESENTE DECISIÓN: Artículo 1 El anexo de la Decisión de Ejecución (UE) 2020/1809 se sustituye por el texto del anexo de la presente Decisión. Artículo 2 Los destinatarios de la presente Decisión son los Estados miembros. Hecho en Bruselas, el 30 de marzo de 2021. In recent years more and more municipalities have used ESCO-contracts to retrofit existing public buildings, and to make them more energy efficient. At the moment 30 municipalities (of the 98 municipalities in Denmark) are involved in, or preparing, ESCO contracts. Nevertheless, ESCO-contracting still faces many challenges on the Danish market, as there is a widespread skepticism towards the concept amongst many stakeholders. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the various experience gained so far by municipalities use of ESCO-contracting, the different approached to ESCO-contracting being used in practice, as well as the different viewpoints drivers and barriers behind the development.

Even as a town in the early stage of its development, has merged in itself influ- ences of many cultural circles, which can be traced today by examining an archaeological artefacts. With a view to this phenomenon, the aim of this article is the presentation and analysing of construction of 10th century atypical hull fragments of the early medieval clinker-built boats from the archaeological site no. 3 in Wolin. Examined relics consists of four constructional groups – keel made of pine wood, upper strakes with oarports, planks of unusual cross-sectional shape and these with painted external side. They are a part of a set of 80 shipbuilding elements secondary used in the constructions of harbour quays, recorded during archaeological excavations conducted in 2012-2013. The whole observation is embedded on the wide comparative background enabling indication of similar objects – e.g. the finds dis- covered off the coast of the south Baltic zone and today’s Denmark, Norway and Sweden. Furthermore, the study aims to emphasize the high research value of the heterogeneous set of secondary used planks. On the basis of the observed technical aspects such as raw material, caulking, planks cross-sections, holes for the oars or treatment of the outer sides, there was noted many similarities to the wrecks char- acteristic for both the lands dominated by Slavs and Scandinavians.

Identifikační údaje Název záměru: Zdvojení stávajícího vedení V401/801 Týnec - Krasíkov Kapacita záměru: Posílení přenosového profilu mezi transformovnou (dále jen „TR“) Týnec a TR Krasíkov zdvojením stávajícího vedení o napětí 400 kV, mimo přeložky u Mravína (část obce Jenišovice) a obce Semanín, v celkové délce cca 104 km z důvodu zajištění dostatečné přenosové schopnosti a spolehlivosti přenosové soustavy ČR v souvislosti se záměrem výstavby nových energetických zdrojů. Součástí záměru jsou úpravy zaústění vedení s označením V 402 do TR Krasíkov v délce cca 6 km. Nové dvojité vedení V401/801 bude vybudováno v trase stávajícího jednoduchého vedení V401 od TR Týnec po TR Krasíkov. U místní části Mravín bude realizována přeložka vedení, která bude situována mezi stožáry č. 97 a 100 ve vzdálenosti cca 50 m od stávající osy vedení V401. V současné době je vedení V401 a vedení V402 vedeno na společných stožárech jako dvojnásobné vedení od TR Krasíkov po stožár č. 18, kde se vedení V402 odklání a pokračuje do TR Prosenice jako jednoduché vedení, a vedení V401 pokračuje do TR Týnec. Nově bude vedení V402 přeloženo do nové trasy v souběhu se stávající trasou vedení V401/402 70 m jihovýchodně od navržené osy trasy dvojitého vedení V401/801.
