Local arst and lecturer Jonathon Hutchins, produced a series of painngs on the theme of ‘The Staons of the Cross’ and related imagery, specially commissioned for his church. Jonathon visited the school to talk about his artwork and about a range of painngs that have previously been painted by other arsts based on the death of Jesus. He explained that he used bright and colourful paints as the finished work was to be displayed in a church with mainly natural light.
