JN: Was your father a musician as well? BZ: Sure was. He played the accordion, JN: But you ended up making a living playing the accordion. but he came from the "old school," and BZ: Well I played the organ for Clifton for two years, and I knew I was going to end before it was called "zydeco," it was called up playing the accordion, because there was so much energy, man. Clifton would "la-la."
