FLOYDFEST STRIVES FOR “BOUTIQUE FESTIVAL” • Since debuting in 2002, FloydFest has garnered a reputation for being one of the finest events in the music festival business. The event, which draws thousands from across the country (and globe!), has enjoyed an average annual increase in attendance of 15%. When the event reached capacity in 2013, festival organizers decided to cap the attendance at 13,500/per day, giving the patron a one-of-a-kind boutique experience of music and outdoors. In 2019, FloydFest sold out to a capacity crowd of 13,500 per day. • Partners will reach 13,500+ attendees with 54,000 impression opportunities over the five-day festival, 100,000+ dedicated subscribers through e-newsletters and our website, which receives 75,000 unique visitors/ month and 100,000+ page views/month. • Through FloydFest’s social media channels, partners will reach 51,500+ Facebook followers, 6,900+ Twitter followers, and 14,100+ Instagram followers. Our Children’s Universe encompasses several acres of prime real estate in FloydFest’s main field area, such that kids can engage in enriching activities, enjoy an imaginative playground, or debut an act during the kids’ Open Mic. * The Forever Young Stage hosts wonderful entertainment for the entire family, such as open mic, workshops in music, arts and greening, rides, a rock climbing wall and so much more. *On-going activities include a toddler playground, family-sized sandbox, rock stacking, free balloon creations with Becki the Balloon Lady, a huge wooden Teen Scene Program - We are engaging teens play arc and more! FloydFest! Clean it. Green It. Mean It. SUSTAINABILITY ‘OUR GREEN IS OUR GOLD’ Conscious environmentalism and sustainability has been a cornerstone of Across-the-Way Productions since its inception. Limiting our environmentally- negative footprint goes hand-in-hand with every decision the company makes, and hiring a passionate and skilled Green Team has been in place since year one. Acknowledging the waste created by disposable cups and water bottles, FloydFest was an early-adopter of reusable pint glasses for each patron, which has saved hundreds of thousands of single-use cups over the years. All of our vendors are required to use 100%-compostable products, and we recycle all food vendor vegetable oil. Each year, FloydFest presents Sustainability Panels and Green Jam Sessions, where artists, staff and industry professionals intimately discuss green living, sustainability, new green trends and ideas and world perspectives. Intermingled with intimate live performances, these sessions create memorable, lasting experiences.
