The Center for Creative Land Recycling (CCLR) promotes the sustainable, equitable and responsible reuse of underutilized and environmentally-impacted properties. We educate, advocate, assist and convene stakeholders to revitalize communities through land recycling.
CCLR is the Technical Assistance to Brownfield Communities Provider for EPA Regions 2, 9 & 10.
