About the planning we keep you up to date. Dr. Götz Albert is Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Lupus alpha. Prior to joining Lupus alpha in 2003, he was at DB Cargo AG and head of stock analysis at Independent Research. Before his switch to the financial industry, he worked in university research. At Lupus alpha he manages Germany’s largest small & mid cap team. He has been CIO on the board responsible for Portfolio Management, Research and Analysis since the beginning of 2019.

Dr. Felix J. Grawert is CEO and has been a member of the Executive Board of AIXTRON SE since 2017. From 2013 to 2017, he was Head of the High Voltage Conversion product segment (power semiconductors) at . Previously, he advised companies in the semiconductor, capital goods and automotive industries at McKinsey & Company. After studying electrical engineer- ing at the University of Karlsruhe, he received his PhD in laser technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. At AIXTRON, his responsibilities include strategy, sales, customer service, innovation and new busi- ness models. Jean-Claude Juncker is regarded as the motor and pio- neer of European unification, is one of the founding fathers of the euro and, as Luxembourg’s Minister of Finance from 1989 to 2009, was a key architect of the Maastricht Treaty, in which he was responsible for the clauses on economic and monetary union. He was Prime Minister of Luxembourg from 1995 to 2013, President of the Euro Group from 2004 to 2013 and President of the European Commission from 2014 to 2019.

Joe Kaeser is a manager, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Siemens Energy and former CEO of Siemens AG. Joe Kaeser was with Siemens for more than 40 years and successfully restructured and aligned the group for the future during his time as CEO. Joe Kaeser is a member of the supervisory boards of Mercedes-Benz AG and Daimler AG, among others. He is also Chairman of the APA, Asia-Pacific Committee of German Business. Melanie Kümmel is the CEO of TK Pensionsfonds AG, which has been operating on the market since January 2020, and manages a diversified, global investment port­ folio with her team. For Techniker Krankenkasse, the largest health insurance fund in Germany, she has been responsible for investments for over 20 years. Prior to this, she held various positions in the banking sector.

Dr. Oliver Lang, as a Member of the Board of Directors of KZVK Köln (Kirchliche Zusatzversorgungskasse des Verbandes der Diözesen Deutschlands), is responsible for the capital investment for the company pension scheme of the more than 1.3 million employees. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer of various life, health and composite insurers for over ten years. As head of finance at Protektor Lebensversicherung, he was responsible for restructuring the investments of the “Protektor case” Mannheimer Leben. Simone Menne is President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Germany. She started her career at the US conglomerate ITT and then moved to Deutsche Lufthansa. After holding various positions in Germany and abroad, including CFO at BMI Group, she was appoin- ted CFO of LH Group in 2012. From 2016 to 2017, she was CFO at Boehringer Ingelheim. At both companies, she was responsible for establishing the Digital Lab. Ms Menne is a supervisory board member at BMW, Henkel, Deutsche Post DHL, JCI and Russell Reynolds.

Ralf Lochmüller is Managing Partner and CEO of Lupus alpha. He is responsible for Strategy & Planning as well as Marketing & Corporate Communications. He has been active in asset management for more than 30 years – among others at Chase AG in Frankfurt and at Invesco, the American-British investment company. In October 2000, he founded Lupus alpha with four partners. Alexander Raviol is Partner and CIO Alternative Solutions at Lupus alpha. After graduating in physics, he gained ex- tensive capital market experience among others as an asset manager at Dresdner Bank in Frankfurt and as a portfolio manager at UBS and HSH Nordbank AG. In 2006 he joined Lupus alpha as Head of Quality & Risk Management, where he was responsible for product development of alternative investment strategies.

Kenneth S. Rogoff is a Harvard economist and former Chief Economist at the International Monetary Fund. His monthly column on global economic issues is regularly published in over 50 countries. Together with Carmen Reinhart, he wrote the bestseller “This Time Is Different: Eight Centuries of Financial Folly” and revealed remark- able quantitative similarities of severe financial crises. He holds the title of international chess grandmaster. Chris-Oliver Schickentanz is Chief Investment Strate- gist and thus responsible for the investment strategy of Commerzbank AG. As a part-time lecturer at various uni- versities, he is an author and a welcome columnist, e.g. in the Handelsblatt, Focus or Finanzen100. Previously he oversaw corporate analysis at Dresdner Bank in Frankfurt, London, New York and Zurich. Prior to that, he worked as a buy-side analyst for stocks in the telecommunications, media and utilities sectors.

Olaf Storbeck is the Frankfurt banking correspondent for the Financial Times and contributed to the award- winning coverage of Wirecard and Greensill Capital. Before joining the FT, he reported in London as a col- umnist for Reuters Breakingviews and was an international economics correspondent for the Handelsblatt. As a book author, he has addressed issues of Economics 2.0 and the 2008/2009 financial crisis. Olaf Storbeck studied economics at the University of Cologne and is a graduate of the Cologne School of Journalism. Katrin Suder worked for McKinsey & Company from 2000 to 2014, lastly as a senior partner focusing on the telecommunications, IT and public sector, which she led for Germany. From 2014 to 2018, Suder was a State Secretary in the Federal Ministry of Defense with responsibility for Planning, Armaments, IT & Cyber. In 2018, Suder took over the chairmanship of the Federal Government’s Digital Council. Since 2019, she has been a senior advisor for EQT and Macro Advisory Partners as well as a supervisory board member.

Robert F. Wallace is Chief Executive Officer of Stanford Management Company, where he oversees Stanford Uni- versity’s $30 billion investment portfolio. Prior to joining Stanford in 2015, Wallace was the Chief Executive Officer of Alta Advisers, a London-based investment firm with a globally diversified investment strategy. Wallace’s invest- ment career began on David Swensen’s team at the Yale Investments Office at Yale University, where he also earned his degree in economics. Corinna Wohlfeil initially worked as an investment advisor after graduating with a degree in business studies with a focus on banking, before assuming responsibility for Deutsche Bank’s Business TV in 1997. In 2001, she joined news channel n-tv as a presenter and editor.
