Grawert is CEO and has been a member of the Executive Board of AIXTRON SE since 2017. From 2013 to 2017, he was Head of the High Voltage Conversion product segment (power semiconductors) at Infineon Technologies. He was Prime Minister of Luxembourg from 1995 to 2013, President of the Euro Group from 2004 to 2013 and President of the European Commission from 2014 to 2019. Joe Kaeser is a manager, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Siemens Energy and former CEO of Siemens AG. Joe Kaeser was with Siemens for more than 40 years and successfully restructured and aligned the group for the future during his time as CEO. Joe Kaeser is a member of the supervisory boards of Mercedes-Benz AG and Daimler AG, among others. He is also Chairman of the APA, Asia-Pacific Committee of German Business. Melanie Kümmel is the CEO of TK Pensionsfonds AG, which has been operating on the market since January 2020, and manages a diversified, global investment port- folio with her team. For Techniker Krankenkasse, the largest health insurance fund in Germany, she has been responsible for investments for over 20 years. Prior to this, she held various positions in the banking sector. Dr. Oliver Lang, as a Member of the Board of Directors of KZVK Köln (Kirchliche Zusatzversorgungskasse des Verbandes der Diözesen Deutschlands), is responsible for the capital investment for the company pension scheme of the more than 1.3 million employees. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer of various life, health and composite insurers for over ten years. As head of finance at Protektor Lebensversicherung, he was responsible for restructuring the investments of the “Protektor case” Mannheimer Leben. Simone Menne is President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Germany. She started her career at the US conglomerate ITT and then moved to Deutsche Lufthansa. After holding various positions in Germany and abroad, including CFO at BMI Group, she was appoin- ted CFO of LH Group in 2012. From 2016 to 2017, she was CFO at Boehringer Ingelheim. At both companies, she was responsible for establishing the Digital Lab. Ms Menne is a supervisory board member at BMW, Henkel, Deutsche Post DHL, JCI and Russell Reynolds. Ralf Lochmüller is Managing Partner and CEO of Lupus alpha. He is responsible for Strategy & Planning as well as Marketing & Corporate Communications. He has been active in asset management for more than 30 years – among others at Chase AG in Frankfurt and at Invesco, the American-British investment company.
