FEBRUARY 2011 SUMMARY HIGHLIGHTS

Reno-Tahoe International Airport served 299,090 passengers in February 2011, an February 2011 increase of 1.5% versus the same period last year. The airport experienced healthy

passenger growth for the ninth consecutive month with respect to year over year Total Passengers monthly increases. +1.5%

In terms of total cargo, Reno-Tahoe International Airport handled 8,674,321 pounds Enplaned Passengers in February 2011, up 12.9% versus last year. Year over year cargo volumes at RNO +2.1% have been up for the past thirteen months.

Deplaned Passengers RNO is served by seven major providing 67 nonstop departures each day to +0.9% 16 destinations. During the month of February 2011, RNO reported a 3.4% increase

in the number of flights versus February 2010. This increase was due to the Average Load Factor additional flights by and to Los Angeles and US 79.7% Airways to Phoenix. +3.2 points

The actual seat capacity decreased (3.1%) in February 2011 versus the same period Total Cargo last year, as American Airlines, , United Airlines and US Airways +12.9% downguaged aircraft on certain routes.

Average load factor for scheduled airlines was 79.7%, an increase of 3.2 load factor points above the same period last year.

Continental Airlines began flying a new daily nonstop flight between - Intercontinental and Reno-Tahoe International Airport on 17 th February, 2011. The carried 3,381 passengers on 4,114 seats.

The continued passenger growth at RNO was primarily driven by additional passengers on and favorable ski conditions at Lake Tahoe.
