Chambers & Partners has recognized four Bryan Related Attorney(s) Cave partners in Chambers Global Guide 2014.
Each year, Chambers researchers conduct thousands of interviews with lawyers and clients worldwide to compile their rankings. The Kenneth R. Costello publication ranks law firms, practices and Senior Counsel individual lawyers in “bands” from one to six, with Los Angeles [email protected] one being the best.
London Partner Dyke Arboneaux is ranked in Band 2 for her international private client work. She also is recognized as a “foreign expert” for her private client work in the United Kingdom section of the
publication, as well as her tax work in the U.S. The Scott M. Hobby publication notes that Arboneaux “is commended Senior Counsel for her strong cross-border tax practice, Atlanta particularly in relation to clients subject to US and [email protected] UK tax systems.” An interviewee commented that “She is user-friendly, very smart and she knows her stuff.”

Chambers notes that Binnersley “is well regarded for his skill in litigation and arbitration in relation to admiralty law and marine insurance. Sources comment on his high visibility in the market.”
Santa Monica Partner Ken Costello is ranked in Band 4 for his franchise work. The publication states Costello “co-leads the franchise and distribution practice at Bryan Cave LLP and is noted for his experience in franchise transactions. He has a wealth of experience in structuring franchise agreements and compliance programmes, and offers additional expertise in IP law.”
Atlanta Partner Scott Hobby is ranked in Band 2 for his work in USA, Outsourcing. The publication notes that “market commentators are full of praise for Hobby, highlighting his ability to bring a business-focused approach to handling diverse matters.”
Since publication on March 14, Miami Partner Pedro Martinez-Fraga has joined Bryan Cave. He is ranked with his previous firm in Band 5 for his work in Arbitration (International) Latin America-wide.
The publication states Martinez-Fraga “co-ordinates the firm's Latin American disputes practice from Miami. He recently acted for Valle Verde Sociedad Financiera in ICSID proceedings against Venezuela concerning claims of more than USD100 million. Sources praise his experience and professionalism.”
