It consists of four key partners: the Office for Economic Affairs and Innovation (SPEI), Innovaud, Economic Development Canton of Vaud (DEV) and regional organizations. It has an extensive network of partners that offer targeted services, mostly free of charge, whatever the requirement, activity sector or stage of development. 4 HERZOG/EPFL A. KEY PARTNERS 1.1 Office for Economic Affairs and Innovation (SPEI) The Office for Economic Affairs and Innovation (SPEI) provides advice and information to companies and entrepreneurs based in the canton of Vaud. It puts them in contact with the appropriate partners within the Economic Development network based on their specific needs. It assists companies and entrepreneurs with their administrative procedures within the canton Rue Caroline 11 of Vaud. By offering free support to innovative startups, SMEs and large companies, Innovaud focuses on breaking new ground both in terms of technology and business models. This support includes the following services: financing, assistance, development, securing premises and networking. Greater Geneva Bern area (GGBa) The Greater Geneva Bern area (GGBa) is Western Switzerland's foreign investments development agency. The aim of the GGBa is to prospect international markets and attract foreign companies wishing to base them- selves in Western Switzerland. Elle sera ainsi la 2ème femme du Codir sur 9 membres. Budget 2021 La situation financière de la Région de Nyon est assez tendue. Le budget présentait un déficit de chf 59'500.- - . Deux amendements proposés par la Cofin et approuvés par le Codir ont ramené ce déficit à chf. 7'500.- - . Il n’a pas suscité de discussions particulières et a été approuvé à une large majorité. Demande de crédit pour une convention quadriennale en soutien des activités de l’Usine à Gaz, période 2021-2024 Il s’agissait du renouvellement d’une convention existante. Les montants alloués chaque année sont progressifs afin de tenir compte à la fois de la diminution des spectacles en raison du Covid-19 et du fait que les travaux ne sont pas terminés. Un amendement demandant d’augmenter la part de la région (entre chf 70'000.- - et chf 100'000.- -) de chf 20'000.- - a été déposé mais refusé. La convention a par contre été acceptée à une large majorité. Postulat de Michel Girardet pour la mise en place d’une véritable politique de soutien au sport au niveau régional La réponse du Codir était une véritable coquille vide sans aucune proposition concrète.

Préambule Une profonde réorganisation des services de défense contre l'incendie et de secours (SDIS) a eu lieu dans le canton de Vaud depuis 1997. Les 377 corps communaux et 24 centres de renfort regroupant 17'600 sapeurs-pompiers ont été réorganisés en 34 régions sur 70 sites opérationnels de détachements de premier secours (DPS) et une centaines de sites de détachements d'appui (DAP) avec un effectif d'environ 6'800 sapeurs-pompiers. Le but étant de soulager les centres de renfort avec des DPS mieux formés et aux attributions plus étendues. La réalisation de la nouvelle caserne en 2003 à St-Cergue a permis la création du DPS St- Cergue et Arzier-Le Muids en 2004, conformément au standard de sécurité cantonal sur les moyens et les temps d'intervention.

    Bureau d’information et de communication Rue de la Barre 2 1014 Lausanne Communiqué de presse Cas de grippe aviaire en Haute-Savoie: mesures dans le Canton de Vaud Depuis octobre dernier, l’Europe fait face à une augmentation des cas de grippe aviaire chez les oiseaux sauvages et la volaille domestique. Un cas a d’ailleurs été détecté dans le canton de Schaffhouse en février dernier. La France fait état de plusieurs foyers, dont un diagnostiqué cette semaine dans la commune de Messery, sur la rive sud du Lac Léman. Suite à l’annonce des autorités françaises, et afin de prévenir l’introduction du virus de la grippe aviaire dans les élevages de volailles domestiques, l’Office fédéral de la sécurité alimentaire et des affaires vétérinaires instaure des régions de contrôle et d’observation au bord du Lac Léman dans la partie du Petit Lac. Dans ces régions, les aviculteurs doivent prendre des mesures préventives afin d’éviter les contacts entre la volaille domestique et les oiseaux sauvages, important réservoir de la maladie, respectivement surveiller leurs animaux. Ainsi, les communes de Commugny, Coppet, Crans, Founex, Gland, Mies, Nyon, Prangins et Tannay passent en région de contrôle et les communes d’Arnex-sur-Nyon, Bogis-Bossey, Coinsins, Duillier, Eysins, Signy-Avenex et Vich passent en région d’observation. Dans la région de contrôle, les aviculteurs professionnels et de loisirs sont tenus d’appliquer les mesures suivantes : • Les volailles doivent être alimentées et abreuvées seulement dans des locaux inaccessibles aux oiseaux sauvages. • Les aires de sorties à ciel ouvert doivent être protégées par des filets.

Ses autorités ont estimé qu'il convenait, en souvenir de l'événement, de mettre entre les mains des habitants de notre coin de terre privilégié et spécialement de la génération montante, un manuel exposant les faits importants de l'histoire locale. Les matériaux à disposition, d'abord rares à cause de la destruction des archives en 1691, abondent dès l'apparition de la commune benjamine.
