Migrant Crisis 6th January 2019 Migrant Crisis "Part-Deux" Actually, it is not really a second part because the first part has continued in Italy and Greece ever since, but with less coverage compared to 2015; and more or less under the radar in southern Spain, from Morocco - which has had additional funding to help the migrants - courtesy of the ubiquitous Angela Merkel. The 2015 chaos created, effectively, unilaterally, by Merkel is documented in an earlier article (Merkel’s Folly) written at the time and includes reference to a certain Peter Sutherland, who was Migration chief at the United Nations at the time. Peter Sutherland died in January 2018 - but his legacy lives on today; first; through another Migration Chief, who replaced Sutherland at the UN and espoused the same mantra as Sutherland - William Lacy Swing; a diplomat and former US Ambassador. He was the Director General of the International Organization for Migration at the UN until António Vitorino's appointment in 2018. (Wikipedia) The real Reason behind the Migrant Flows into Europe In 2012, Brian Wheeler wrote an article for the BBC news about a meeting that took place between Peter Sutherland and a UK House of Lords home affairs sub-Committee on Global Migration - Wheeler's report is entitled "EU should 'undermine national homogeneity' says UN migration chief" - By Brian Wheeler, Political reporter, BBC News 21 June 2012 - bbc.com - the report is included below. That is it! That is the reason why Europe is seeing an increase in migrants from anywhere in the third world - to breakdown the identity of the EU Member States and make them "Multicultural" and it is all under the auspices of the United Nations - Do you remember being asked? Note: Mr Sutherland, was a former European Commissioner, Irish Attorney General, non- executive chairman of Goldman Sachs International and a former chairman of oil giant BP, heads the Global Forum on Migration and Development, which brings together representatives of 160 nations to share policy ideas. UN Global Compact: The Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration In December, 2018 the UK was signed up to the UN's "Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration" - which is purportedly non-binding (that is what they always say - e.g. it is only a Reform Treaty!), but which seeks to criminalise criticism of migration and promote only the benefits of immigration (sound familiar?) in the main stream media. This latest idea from the UN is just the organic development of the earlier plan put forward by Peter Sutherland in 2012 - but thwarted by the overenthusiastic attempts by Merkel to use migration to bring down the internal and external borders of the EU Member States in 2015. The 2015 coordinated action between Merkel and Juncker at the EU, and Sutherland at the UN - spectacularly backfired and exposed the EU for its ambitions and intent: led Member States to be more wary of mass immigration and ultimately led to Merkel's downfall within the German Political hierarchy. But she is still running the EU from the "wings", and actively controlling our Mrs Theresa May - as she seeks to trap the UK within the EU; under German control - in an equally shameful and bizarre supplicant action by a British Prime Minister. Summary Attempts by the, Middle Eastern and other Muslim country dominated, United Nations to control the EU, as part of a global world order, began in earnest under Peter Sutherland as UN Global Migration Chief in 2012 - and culminated in chaos within the EU and a polarisation of its member States. Mass migration in 2015 precipitated by Angela Merkel; coordinated with the UN did not bring about the desired result - to remove control of the inner and outer borders of the EU's Member States, and place them in the hands of un-elected politicians in Brussels (Berlin) it was a partial success though - in that it changed, possibly forever, the demographic of Germany and Sweden, spectacularly - but less so in the other western EU Member States; in the UK, it broke down the trust between the people and their elected representatives - leading to a "Yes" vote to leave the EU. The UK population suddenly realised that we were not just in a trading relationship with the EU, as we had been led to believe: but that decision, made by Merkel in the EU, could have profound effects upon Britain and its people - their lives, livelihoods, traditions, culture, religion, history, education, infrastructure and general well-being - and also on the rest of Europe - and we realised that we were defenceless against any mass EU immigration policy into our country or any other directive from the EU. So, with Theresa May signing us up to the latest attempt by the UN and Merkel to take control over migration into the EU (whatever else they claim) in order to "undermine the homogeneity" and control the borders of the EU Member States. There is now another reason for not signing up to "Merkel's EU (Withdrawal) 'Agreement'" - that May is trying to force our Parliament to sign up to - it would be a disaster for the UK. Theresa May will say anything to get the UK permanently under EU (German) control. She has already proved her loyalty to the EU - just like all Prime Ministers and opposition leaders from Heath onward - as prescribed in FCO:30/1048. It is almost certain that political leaders are required swear an oath of allegiance to the EU upon taking office - just as those appointed as EU Commissioners from each Member State must also swear an oath to the EU. But May has gone the extra mile; by separately (not included in the "Withdrawal Agreement") committing UK armed forces to the defence of the EU - under Brussels command; without going through Parliament. She has also signed the UK up to EU Justice and Home Affairs - to bring UK law under EU Corpus Juris, where the EU Constitution (Lisbon Treaty (2007): has primacy over our English Common Law; the government and its agents are above the law and UK citizens can be arrested and extradited - to be jailed without due process in another Member State under the European Arrest Warrant (EAW) Although, Germany did refuse to extradite the former Catalan leader Carlos Puigdemont to face charges of rebellion in Spain, following an attempt to free Catalonia from Spanish rule - so it depends how the EAW is applied and which Member State follows the EAW rules. Note: The USA refused to accept the UN migration plan - and Australia, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, the Dominican Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Japan, Poland, Slovakia, and Switzerland have refused to sign up. Note 2: It is clear from Brian Wheeler's report that our House of Lords has been aware of the plans by the EU and UN to use migration to "undermine the national homogeneity" of its Member States - including the UK - and it did not produce much of an outcry from our political class - so they must have been happy about it. .

The scope of analysis will be the EU vis-à-vis these two countries, using three types of trade liberalization: unilateralism, bilateralism/regionalism, and multilateralism. The paper argues that the EU’s objective of engaging with China and Russia on trade matters is to establish peace, security, and prosperity in the XXI century. Trade creates economic ties and generates more welfare; thus it contributes to peace and security. The paper concludes that, although the EU does want cooperation with both countries, using trade policy as a “carrot” in a policy centered approach does not have much scope beyond current existing efforts. The European Commission’s Directorate- General for external trade is already very active. Few new initiatives seem possible. Moreover, a free-trade agreement between the European Community and Russia/China does not seem to be a suitable trade instrument at the moment. 1.
