Here you change to the subway line U2 (purple) in the direction “Seestadt” or “Aspernstraße” and get off after one stop at “Messe-Prater”. The S1/S7 from the airport runs daily between 04:48 and 00:18, every 30 minutes. The journey to “Praterstern” has 8 stops in between and takes about 30 minutes.
