Following the loss of our posts at Highams in the storms a couple of weeks ago, I am pleased to report that replacement posts have now been ordered and will be installed as soon as the weather and ground conditions allow.
We have also undertaken discussions with Hyndburn Borough Council regarding the possibility of them providing a second venue for Rugby League in Hyndburn. This would give us an alternative in the event that Highams is deemed to be unplayable.
