The congress has become an institution bringing together scientists, students and naturalists working on a wide range of subjects and focusing their research on southeastern Europe and the Eastern Mediterranean. The congress provides the opportunity to discuss, explore new ideas, arrange collaborations or just meet old friends and make new ones. -

Na osnovu člana 82 stav 1 ta čka 2 i člana 91 stav 2 Ustava Crne Gore, Skupština Crne Gore 24. saziva, na drugoj śednici drugog redovnog (jesenjeg) zasijedanja u 2011. godini, dana 2. novembra 2011. godine, donijela je Z A K O N O TERITORIJALNOJ ORGANIZACIJI CRNE GORE I. OSNOVNE ODREDBE Član 1 Ovim zakonom ure đuju se teritorijalna organizacija Crne Gore, uslovi, na čin i postupak teritorijalnog organizovanja i druga pitanja od značaja za teritorijalnu organizaciju. Član 2 Teritorija opštine, Glavnog grada i Prijestonice (u daljem tekstu: jedinice lokalne samouprave) utvr đuje se ovim zakonom. Član 3 Teritorija jedinice lokalne samouprave i naziv opštine mogu se mijenjati u skladu sa ovim zakonom. II. TERITORIJALNA ORGANIZACIJA Član 4 Teritoriju jedinice lokalne samouprave čine naselja. GODINU Izvršili smo reviziju Prijedloga završnog računa Budžeta Opštine Ulcinj (u daljem tekstu: Opština) za 2013. godinu, koji čine Izvještaj o planiranim i ostvarenim prihodima budžeta, Izvještaj o planiranim i ostvarenim rashodima budžeta, Izvještaj o budžetskom zaduženju i Izvještaj o neizmirenim obavezama, za godinu koja se završava na dan 31.12.2013. godine. Odgovornost rukovodstva za finansijske izvještaje Rukovodstvo Opštine je odgovorno za pripremu i fer prezentaciju ovih finansijskih izvještaja, u skladu sa Zakonom o budžetu; Zakonom o finansiranju lokalne samouprave; Odredbama Pravilnika o jedinstvenoj klasifikaciji računa za budžet države, budžete vanbudžetskih fondova i budžete opština; Pravilnikom o načinu sačinjavanja i podnošenja finansijskih izvještaja budžeta, državnih fondova i jedinica lokalne samouprave, i propisima koji su relevantni za Državu i lokalnu samoupravu, kao i u skladu sa Međunarodnim računovodstvenim standardima za javni sektor. Ova odgovornost obuhvata osmišljavanje, primjenu i održavanje internih kontrola koje su relevantne za pripremu i fer prezentaciju finansijskih izvještaja koji ne sadrže materijalno značajne i pogrešne iskaze nastale usljed kriminalne radnje ili greške, odabir i primjenu računovodstvenih politika i računovodstvene procjene koje su razumne u datim okolnostima. -

Pilot Project "Design and testing of a multipurpose transboundary groundwater monitoring network in the Extended Drin River Basin" (DRIN) 2017 - 2020 Final Report The Coordinated Action for the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding for the management of the Drin basin (Drin CORDA) is supported by the GEF Drin Project. Thus, the latter constitutes an institutional project implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and executed by the Global Water Partnership (GWP) through GWP-Mediterranean (GWP- Med), in cooperation with the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE). The Drin Core Group (DCG), being the multilateral body responsible for the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding serves as the Steering Committee of the Project. GWP-Med serves as the Secretariat of the DCG. PROSPECTUS STATE OF MONTENEGRO represented by the Government of Montenegro, acting by and through its Ministry of Finance EUR 300,000,000 5.750 per cent. Notes due 2021 Issue Price: 98.947 per cent. The issue price of the EUR 300,000,000 5.750 per cent. Notes due 2021 (the "Notes") issued by the State of Montenegro, represented by the Government of Montenegro, acting by and through its Ministry of Finance (the "Issuer" or "Montenegro") is 98.947 per cent. of their principal amount (the "Issue Price"). The Notes will be redeemed at their principal amount on 10 March 2021. The Notes are not redeemable prior to maturity. Interest on the Notes is payable annually in arrear on 10 March of each year. All payments in respect of the Notes will be made by or on behalf of the Issuer without withholding or deduction for or on account of taxes imposed or levied by or within Montenegro or any political subdivision or any authority thereof or therein having power to tax, unless such withholding or deduction is required by law. As at the date of this Prospectus, withholding tax of 9 per cent. is applicable under Montenegrin law to payments of interest in respect of the Notes, except where any applicable double taxation treaty stipulates otherwise. If payments in respect of the Notes are subject to withholding or deduction for any such tax, pursuant to Condition 10 (Taxation) of the Terms and Conditions of the Notes, the Issuer has agreed to pay such additional amounts as will result in the receipt by the Noteholders of such amounts as would have been received by them if no such withholding or deduction had been required, subject only to the exceptions set out in that Condition. -
