STATIONS, LOOPS AND PARKING IMPROVEMENTS Project Descriptions Budget Schedule / Status Location Service (Calendar Year) Area Jenkintown-Wyncote Station on the Regional Rail Mainline Modernization of the existing station building and facilities, and improvements that will make the station fully ADA accessible. This station Bucks will receive new full length high-level platforms; new pedestrian overpass and $25.32 M Design Complete Montgomery Montgomery elevators; new passenger shelters; accessible pathways and handrails/ Construction 2017 - 2020 Philadelphia guardrails; new signage and lighting; stormwater management systems and landscaping. Secane Station on the Media/Elwyn Regional Rail Line Rehabilitation of Secane Station on the Media/Elwyn Regional Rail Line that will make the station fully ADA accessible. Work includes new full length high-level platforms, new pedestrian tunnel and a new station building with Design Complete Delaware $21.15 M Delaware canopies. The project will also include accessible pathways and Construction 2015 - 2017 Philadelphia handrails/guardrails; new signage; new lighting; security cameras; drainage improvements and improved pedestrian access to the station. Suburban Station Passenger and Crew Amenities Construction of new and renovation of existing public restrooms at Suburban Station to address the proposed fare lines to be installed as part of the SEPTA Key initiative. The renovated restrooms will become the new “paid area” Bucks restrooms. SEPTA’s train crew quarters at Suburban Station will be expanded Chester to include new bathrooms, crew work areas, entrances, mechanical rooms, Delaware Design Complete and expanded sprinkler and fire alarm systems. In addition, SEPTA’s $4.17 M Philadelphia Montgomery Construction 2015 - 2017 Accessible Travel Center (ATC) will be expanded to accommodate accessible Philadelphia restrooms. The ATC will expand into the adjacent Revenue Equipment Delaware (State) Maintenance (REM) facility, which will be moved to the existing Railroad New Jersey Storage Area within Suburban Station, and the Railroad Storage Area will be relocated. 51.
