Finalists & Editors Choice Process, How it works.

1. Our video Finalists & Editors Choice selection process is simple, we invite people from either the convention staff & AnimeFunTV staff to view ALL submitted videos; then they will score each video from 1 to 10; 1 being poor to 10 being best.

• Scoring is based on may factors such as, proper category selection, presentation, editing, tim- ing, fun factor, & quality.

• None of the invited staff will have seen the submitted videos up until the private screening day for a fair non-bias scoring.

2. Once all the scores have been tallied up, the top selections for each category will move on to be fi- nalists shown in the time scheduled for us at the convention.

• We do our best to rate and select the best videos and show them in the given time scheduled to us at the convention.

• Sadly, not all videos will be able to make it into the time that is scheduled to us by the conven- tion.

• We try to inform everyone of their video’s status, however we may or may not be able to give you that information until days or hours until the day of the convention.

3. The Top-3 rated videos from each category will be dubbed ‘Editors Choice’ & one of those videos will be chosen as ‘Editors Best AMV Overall’.

Peoples Choice Process, How it works.

1. At the event, we will recored and ask everyone in attendance to freely express there feelings and feedback for each of the finalists shown at the event. With that feedback we will announce (at a later date after review) the results.
