Position : Design, Monitoring and Evaluation Facilitator (Re-Open)

Location : Thayetchaung Township – Tanintharyi Region

The main responsibilities ;

• Support information management system of Area Development Program (ADP) office • Ensure timely prepare monthly/semi-annual/annual draft reports • Support regular meetings including giving feedback on existing ADP status • Ensure Design, Monitoring and Evaluation plan has been developed properly • Assist ADP manager in capacity building for ADP team members on Design, Monitoring & Evaluation • Assist ADP manager to explore and disseminate organization mandate and essential documents • Ensure for compiled and developed Assessment Report with ADP team member

The applicant should have the following knowledge, skills and abilities;

• Bachelor University Degree in any discipline • Competent in use of Microsoft Office computer programs is essential • Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in project design, and M&E is preferred • Good planning, organizing, communication, persuasion and cooperation skills • Diverse and comfortable to perform well in cross cultural and different religions • Good command of Myanmar & English and report writing skill is desirable • Detailed oriented, matured, professional and able to maintain confidentiality • Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others • Demonstrate commitment to World Vision values and philosophy, to engage with the broader community in living these values
